One more sleep till tickets go on sale.
I think the maps were only available through the app the past few years so hard to come by them online. If you've a link to that map you saw would appreciate it being posted!
Yes you're right about Lovely Days. It's an outdoor stage now which IMO is better than the old Road to Nowhere tent. Roughly half way between the main stage and bandstand. And yep correct again, there was a new area where Éalú le Grá and Ping Pong Disco are, I think this is roughly where the staff or volunteer campsite was the previous year? It's much closer to the campsite than to the main arena. And then Arcadia is sandwiched in an area sort of behind Lovely Days on your way to this new area.
Not entirely sure that new area works, but last year it was so mucky probably not the best year to judge. I feel every year it's been on there have been changes to the site which makes it a bit confusing!

..at your service!
Any idea what kind of stuff Hot Chip, Maribou State, and Jenny Green play in their DJ sets?
they all have dj sets online a mere google away
What are the chances of a last minute campervan ticket sale? Did they do this any other year? Anyone recommend where to look?
Ah sure isn't it only lovely to have a chat and discuss music together in the lead up to a music festival..
Maribou State, I'd prefer if it was them live but this is nicey nice and a few of their own tunes in there.
They already had a second sale of the campervan tickets ,id say keep an eye on toutless for one you might get lucky.
For some reason, the option to list my favourites in the app in order of appearance day and time has disappeared. Can only see them on the schedule tab at the bottom of the app, but its much less user friendly to look at. Any idea where this option has moved to as I can't find it since yesterday.
Without knowing device or version of app you're running, did you try to click the heart icon in the top-left of Schedule tab? Should give you your personalized schedule then.
Have tried this. But it just shows my favourites in the schedule tab instead of all acts. Up until a couple of days ago, there was an option to view favourites in a list.
The app itself isn't "officially" launched yet so it's possible a few things still need to be ironed out.
Not sure if it was mentioned here, but the times for The Well, Global Roots, Cambium Club and The Last City are in the app now.
I had a look on the website and can’t see what time car parks open. It’s probably very obviously staring me in the face but couldn’t see it. I’m aiming for going down Thursday and would like to get into car parks as early as possible. I’m guessing they will open before 4pm. Well I hope anyway. Can anyone remember from last year?
Thanks
I can barely remember Beyond The Pale and it was only 3 weeks ago 🤣
Edit: I looked back through emails and it opened at 4pm on the Thursday last year.
say I might camp on Thursday evening get a good spot and ease my way into the weekend
I thought there was no early access this year
Early access for everyone in audience.
This is it exactly. They're updating on last year's app, similar thing happened last year. a few minor tweaks to the schedule possible too. Map to be added also, features will probably come and go until closer to the time.
2019 Orbital were announced on, I think, the Friday…very last minute and an awesome addition! Are we expecting any such last minute additions for the main stage (or otherwise) this year?
no. That was part of a planned “let’s announce a special headliner last minute” marketing thing that didn’t work out
Just Mustard were added to the Jameson stage yesterday
They always add a few suprise acts and announce them through the app, unlikely to as big as orbital though.
Until a few days ago when you clicked the 'more' tab on the bottom right of the app, a picture of a heart appeared beside the word favourites. This then gave a list of your favourites and the day/time they're playing. Now that heart has 'wellness' written beside it and takes you to the wellness programme schedule. Hopefully they revert back to it showing favourites as it was a really handy feature to use.
Bloody hell, that's a very good addition!
Yeah nice surprise for sure!
hi all - can't find the app in the Play Store - any particular term I should be using?

Annoyingly, it looks like they'll be around 20:30 on Sunday night, clashing with NewDad/Houseplants/Barry Can't Swim. Future Islands will probably be finished before JM start. If NewDad were on a little earlier, NewDad→Just Mustard→Slowdive would be doable for a nice grungey shoegazey Sunday evening.
Any hardcore acid techno DJs lined up for Arcadia?
Tommy Holohan is the suspected Special Guest, he'll fairly bang it out.
