Ya I had ordered a vodafone SIM to order the 7a online but it went out of stock before I could. They sent a text while in store for a code for porting so I had the vodafone sim active in a phone with me

Stock seems fine down here in Mayo but they pulled the €100 switch & save offer that was with them, so back up to €340.

try to switch to Three and get pixel 7a for 230. The ad is still on their website, so I would try physical stores. I dont think the deal is well advertised on the shop floors, Mahon store Cork had 7 phones when I switched a month ago, while online stock went out a day later.

I have a students beans account, but EE only seem to ship to the UK, is there something I'm missing or how are you getting around that?

While it is a good price, it will never beat the Pixel 3A I got for €129 and the 4A for €199 ( I believe it was available for €99 as well!)
you need a Student Beans account, I managed to sign up for one using my 10 year old TCD email address. Debating whether to risk ordering via address pal now, even with Irish VAT added on it's a very good price (over 150 less than buying it here).
