Yeah I was two weeks waiting on an order, then another week waiting on feedback from support. Eventually told that they couldn't fulfill the order and issued a refund. Very shoddy.
Placed a 30 euro order over 7 days ago during umbro sale, not a peep. A 200 last night and dispatched today
Really poor now - have an order confirmed 16 days ago and still no update…definitely feel they are cutting corners somewhere…still awaiting an update from customer support but tbh I wont be rushing to order anything online from them again
Same thing happend. Cancelled an order weeks after ordering and saying it was "processing". Then refused to give back the voucher until I harassed them.
They clearly have cut some corners lately to reduce costs.
I ordered 29th June (click and collect) as I had a voucher expired and had to follow up twice and eventually the order was cancelled. They refunded my card with the payment but I had to chase them for a new voucher, created a new order last week and still waiting
Ya, ordered Saturday evening for home delivery, was hoping to have it by this Saturday at the latest (birthday present). They've always been a bit erratic for sure.
I ordered online on Sunday and arrived via An Post yesterday. That said another family member also ordered on Sunday and that order is still showing as confirmed on the site. Seems to be the luck of the draw
Jez... they were never the best, but that's brutal.
Click and collect is slow, took approximately 10 days a few weeks back. They didn’t dispatch it until day 8.
Anyone got a feel for how long home delivery orders are taking these days?

This isn't working. I was trying to buy golf balls buy one get one half price. Am I correct in thinking the 15% off code only applies to full price or non special offer prices or promotions.
Sorry, I didn't mean to infer that Shopify is the problem - they're very well-known, much-used and brilliant at what they do. My problem was with how badly the Elverys web developers implemented it!

I used a €10 voucher sunday night that was due to expire. Went through ok on sale items but I was refunded on Monday, no reason given.
Not true, I bought something on sale last week and used it, although I'm still waiting for it!
I heard the elverys €10 vouchers weren't working on sale items. Whereas they used to work on sale items on the old site.
Again, I'm talking about the checkout integration itself, which is secure. Fraud can take place via Amazon, PayPal, MasterCard etc. It's nothing exclusive or unbeknownst with Shopify.

A site using Shopify's checkout or Shopify Payments does not mean you are secure from fraud either!
Well, I'm clearly talking about the Shopify function and checkout integration itself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to gauge a website for legitimacy.
Former fraud analyst for Shopify here. Please don't blindly trust a site if it's using Shopify (obviously Elverys is fine). Do your due diligence on any site that doesn't seem right before ordering.
Anyways, support replied finally and said it is in the shop ready for collection. Would have been nice if they had emailed me
Yea, loads of site here are run on it when you look at the bottom of their pages …use it myself in our work. Elverys is a bit clunky in how it works though with the new update
Ireland is starting to catch up with North America in regards to Shopify - every second website over there uses Shopify for checking out. Its a safe service, of course.
