There's a book shop in rock street. Some hidden gems on his shelves
The day that they would suggest having a cup of tea and a friendly discussion to iron out any problems is never going to arrive.
For people who seem to be more religious than most, it's more than strange that they arrive on "holy ground" with weapons.
It's not highlander where there's no fighting on holy ground.
I know one of the accused . Butter wouldn't melt in his mouth.
There can be only one. 😛
Highlander aside, carrying weapons into a cemetery is frowned upon in most circles, unless of course they're the kind used for 21-gun salutes. 😛
I deal with travellers every day of the week.they think differently to the rest of us.
After years of trying to figure them out I can't. 🤷🏻♂️
Where is the nearest driving range? the one in the Kerries is closed a while now. Not sure where there's another?
Ballybunnion
Its a shame no one has taken on the old driving range or opened another one. I know there's pitch & putt still up in Killeen. My little boy has started to show an interest so was going to bring him up!
There's a 2nd hand bookshop & 2nd hand dvd/cd/vinyl shop in the Tralee Shopping Arcade, next to each other.
Is Shanahan's garden centre in Farranfore still in business? No one's answering the phone (tried several times over different days) and their website is cacked.
Yes.ill pm you a number
Yes it is a crazy case, like something from GOT
The family seem to be on the side of the killers not the victims or their family who are family (if that makes sense)
The fact that the victim, the murderers and the bereaved are all named Thomas Dooley makes for confusing reading too...
'Feile TraLi' have launched for the Rose of Tralee again this year. No line up of entertainment announced yet though. Will be interesting to see what they come up with this year, seeing as they have had longer to organise it compared to last year!

I think the high court case that was supposed to take place on the 8th July got postponed for a couple of weeks. I don't know how long the case is going to go on for, but it seems to be happening quite close to the ROT itself.
The Rose of Tralee website seems to be business as usual with no hint of anything strange. 😛

It's an excellent facility. The course is one of the best in Munster and there's a brand new tennis court gone in. The place is really thriving up there. Few kids around 10 to 13 starting to play together up there and heard there's something happening soon on Wednesday nights for kids.
Where is this? Killeen?
I wonder whereabouts in Tralee this crook was arrested, she must have been fiddling all over the country.

As far as know in the social welfare office she was caught they were probably in the lookout for her there
Conviction, conviction, conviction and goes back to her line of work. Incarceration for a prolonged period of time? No chance.
It's been announced since that she was grabbed in the Edward St. post office when she was getting her benefits.

That woman has cost the country a fortune.
She had some neck asking for bail but didn't get it, fortunately, or she'd be gone again.

Even mcDonnell and Leen asked for bail. Par for the course.
They probably stood a better chance of getting it than she did. 😛 I think the Guards have been getting a lot of criticism for not appearing to be looking too hard for her, and they wouldn't want her to be wandering off now they've got her.
She's a real piece of work.
Or they were looking for her. They just didn't know where she lived or when she would make an appearance.
They probably had to grin and bear the criticism while they were working in the background. My understanding is that she was called in for an interview about her benefits and didn't show up. There was supposed to be an undercover Guard hanging around the post office on benefit day, and that's when they grabbed her. She was supposed to be living in Tralee for eighteen months, and we'll no doubt find out what she was doing all that time.
The town has been reasonably busy the last week. I tried the new Fast food place Smashed in the old Abrakebra unit today. I must say it was excellent, great smash burger and homemade chips. Chicken looked very good too. Milkshakes were a bit on the small side for the price so won’t order again. Had a look at the menu and it looks very large, maybe too large. They even have a large enough fish menu….
Last week I tried the new barber beside Benners hotel called “The Late Late barber”. Had my 10 year old boy with me. He said it was the nicest haircut he had ever got. Very happy with mine too. Will definitely return.
Lastly, Elverys has really done a fantastic job in the old Dunnes unit. Love wandering in there as it’s very inviting unlike Sportsdirect and Lifestyle in Manor.
The late late barber is currently doing cuts half price and offering a coffee
My wife does mine for free 😁
4 of the 7 Dooley's accused of the cemetery killing were found guilty. Verdicts on the other 3 tomorrow
1 more guilty, 2 left for the jury to decide on Tuesday
