Nothing wrong with Shopify I would have thought,?
I’ve used it with no issues. That said I ordered 2 things separately last week . The 2nd one was delivered immediately within 48 hrs. The other is still not delivered a week later
I was browsing the Elverys site the other night and ended up at a Shopify checkout page, didn't instil any confidence so I abandoned it.
They've launched a new website and it's causing all kinds of issues with online orders. I ordered 2 items and the system separated it into two separate orders, one click and collect and one regular order. No indication until I collected my parcel and realised an item was missing.
Yes they used to be very quick but now it's over a week. Ridiculous really, must be using Fastway.
Their deliveries are taking ages - the last one took over a week to come for me
