Indeed, entertainment in certain respects is what Tubs has provided, albeit perhaps in a way not intended. And still awaiting 150k payback to the licence fee holder.
And of course, his new career in Virgin Radio which is imminent.

Recent local media reports stated Crowe, Keating and Carr as investors in the brand. Tubs was never mentioned.
But he could well be.
The presenters on the show ahead of his yesterday morning said something about him being off, and being in Donegal, launching his new liquor, or something like that. I wonder did he take a taxi haha.
I have Q102 on here, but only half listening so haven't really heard much of Vogue yet.
I heard Shay Byrne mention it when he was reviewing the papers on Risin' Time this morning, but I was half asleep, so could have dreamt it.

Regarding Vogue, from what I have heard over the past two days - I am not going to say that it is "knocking it out of the park" music presentation but she comes across as being relaxed, enjoying herself, interacting and showing compatibility with the music playlist. She's definitely a breath of fresh air from the presenter that she is filling in for imo.
I wasn't listening closely, but it was a relief not to have the gabbling that Tubridy does, going on. I genuinely can't believe his delivery is so bad. I'm not sure if he is overdoing the 'I'm so happy and delighted and isn't life wonderful' thing, or was he always that bad?
