Ever time she writes or opens her mouth she never stops complaining about growing up in Ireland in the 1980s or the 1990s.
The media never think to ask her for proof about all her allegations that this country is so racist and she doesn't seem to be qualified as a politician, economist, lawyer who is an expert in immigration law etc.
She was on the Tommy Tiernan show and claimed that the Irish were kidnapped to the Caribbean in the 1500s but "They sided with the English Ascendancy" … this is such a lie. There were probably many different groups of Irish and other Europeans who tried to escape, fight back, some " sided" with plantation owners not having much choice etc. That's just one example as to how to twist Irish history and only select certain facts to give an inaccurate story.
You ask me she is just as bad as Ebun Joseph. They do far more harm than good to any race debate by stoking up flames.
Yeah they’re professional shıt stirrers full of anger and hatred that only want to polarise societies further. The irony
Fair to say, some folk don’t like what they see when the mirror is held up to them.
You;d have to be away with the fairies in order to marry and live with Shane McGowan for so long.
She's essentially another version of those women who marry men on death row.
Or they don't like listening to grifters like them who make a living exaggerating racism, it gets tedious after a while when the only thing you appear to be able to talk about is racism , if you look for offence everywhere in life you'll find it most people are far too concerned with their own lives to be racist.
People who like the TV show The West Wing.
It seemed to be the show for smug upper middle class married types who would relax with a couple of bottles of wine in the evening and chortle at all the supposed witty repartée and continuous zingers in the show.Loved by the type of boring arseholes who are obsessed with American politics and say things like "could there be a chance Texas may turn blue this time round" .
Quite bizarre the coverage that got.
Pathetic of the British media/BBC to interview the parents, more of a diversionary tactic to focus light off their own inherently racist society and issues.
Interesting that you say she acknowledges there were Irish slaves, there is an attempt by British revisionists to claim there never were by the likes of Fergal Keane Officer of the British empire, the Irish Times, etc.
The the enslaved and colonised Africans collaborated with the British when the Irish were rebelling and to this day they have no problem being part of the British commonwealth.
Irish slaves never collaborated with British ascendancy (except for the ones in Dublin Castle and Tans 😉)
Being a rank hypocrite is the only quota she needs to fill.
Also, glad I never heard of her up to today.
That's very true, I used to watch it myself thinking that! Coincidentally Bradley Whitford plays that exact smug upper middle class type in Get Out that was being satirised in the film, the exact person you are describing.
I forgot about him.
I would love for these people to move to another "white" country that didn't have any colonies and see just how far they would get with their constant criticisms of the natives. I don't think their media would give them the time of day and they would challenge them to back up what they claim.
Cristiano Ronaldo and everything about him
Messi would never do that.
Ronaldo is just a petulant little child.
Do what?
Last Lap Lando Norris
I can't post this without sounding like a dick.
There's a lad on social media who's quite successfully raising money and awareness for cancer research. He himself has cancer. All his videos are positive and he doesn't bother people about giving money. He's doing great work.
And yet, there's something about him that puts me off. I can't put my finger on it. I have no reason to doubt his story or his sincerity but there's just something there.
finally, a dislike that actually is inexplicable.
George Lee....constantly trying to justify himself with his doom mongering......
And we just out of the Coldest June in 10 years!

All the panel on Loose Women
Reginald D Huner gives me the heebie jeebies lately and i don't know why. I've always found him fairly funny, but the last few times I've seen him, i get inexplicable ick.
Replaced by pod person. Trust your instincts :)
Katie McCabe.
Not inexplicably but - Jeffrey Donaldson. Smug overload
Actor who plays the lead in The Bear
Good actor but annoys me
Marty Whelan
Weather forecaster Mark Bowe.
What do you want them to challenge her on? Her experience having been born and grown up in Ireland?
Emer Lysaght - one of those stupid Aislings behind those daft books.
Had a really annoying article in the IT today about how she’d been to all 3 Taylor Swift concerts - I mean she’s entitled and all that but kind of sickening when so many people were dying to go to one …
Imelda May
Jeremy Allen White? I agree. As you say, he's not a bad actor but something about him is annoying. Maybe it's because he always seems to have a sleepy head on him, or was that just in Shameless?
He was excellent in shameless, I liked the American version, thought the actress who played Fiona was especially good
