More talk of a region merger. Feels like every week. Hard to see them being competitive this season which is a shame.
I'd agree that the game was reffed well, other than that disallowed Glasgow try for the off the ball tackle but then even the best of us get it wrong sometimes.
Saving a few clicks for those of us who need to zoom.
Maul Tries it is
It was clear to me that Warriors at Loftus Versfeld would involve 20 minutes of huffing and puffing, 40 minutes of shipping tries and 20 more minutes of waiting for it to be over. How wonderfully wrong I was. What a great result for Scotland and the league.
Only a matter of time until BigBoks next meltdown.
Mod: Tone this down.
Oh dear... Who wants to tell him?
better than Leinster after cc when LAR knocked u out,cry baby sexton making threats to opposite coach and ref and fans wishing cancer on the ref!
Bizarre to be blaming the ref and then saying there's a pattern of not reffing the away team. I thought the game was reffed well, and Glasgow won with the more gutsy performance. If he made a point that the away teams have had better luck I'd see humour in it, but the way he said I want that ref to ref us away next time, he's insinuating some sort of bias, it does come off as sour grapes. I'd be embarrassed if my team's coach came out with that kind of rubbish after losing a home final. It smacks of deflecting away from his own failure to coach his team well enough to win.
Pathetic from White. I was going to post something about South Africans being very poor losers but this poster put it better than I ever could.
facts are facts no matter how much u try deny it!
Ok.
good riddance to the Irish teams that did nothing
The Glasgow try that was disallowed was a big call in bulls favour. I felt it was a wrong call too
Wow, that's disgraceful attacking Piardi like that. What an utterly stupid man. Good riddance they lost.
That's unbelievable. But at the same time, not surprising at all.
Not the best of looks
Ignore. Hopefully I've typed the right link below
The win yesterday , and triumph in tourament seamed bigger, against the odds , as I said ther 20s are not good coming through, but maybe the URC win will help.
Townsend being a **** coach for the national team has definitely played a part in that. Absolute spoofer
If only it were true. Winning in 2015 had no affect on Scottish rugby as a whole and unfortunately I doubt this will either.
Delighted for Glasgow - brilliant performance aganst the odds- good for the tournament and good for World rugby to have Scottish rugby back competing with the best, and will help to grow the game ther, as ther 20s do not look good.
Baggio, Batistuta, Maldini, Marafuckingdona, a decade of artists, pearls before swine!
Be honest, nobody actually watched the football.
It was all about the exquisite dessert on the table in the elegant terrazza surroundings as Jimbo leafed through the papers.
As a child of 90s football Italia, i'm not sure if this is true lol
Italians can only excel at something once they can make it look beautiful.
Dour 9-3 grapples in a cauldron of mud was never going to be their thing.
With the game now increasingly rewarding handling, intricate back-play, creative set plays, Italians will have their day.
Yea they seem to be improving year on year as well.
How good was then Glasgow maul defence? They’re defence in general was excellent too.
Benetton were not a million miles away from winning in Pretoria themselves.
The defensive sets to stop the Bulls maul at the death were worth the trophy alone. Fantastic from Glasgow.
