Ah, but could sit on the loo and shower!
This house is across from my daughter's school - pretty much in the heart of Ennis. Any time we pass, we've always been curious about what was behind the gate. I know the modern design isn't to everyone's taste, but I think it's stunning.
Price is POA. Judging by some of the recent house sales in Ennis and surrounds (a €485k asking price got Sale Agreed at €712k recently), I shudder to think what this will go for.

Sold at auction for 100k
I love the garden but hate the interior. Polished concrete floors and bland, it's a showpiece rather than a home.
And what is a detached error? The estate agent is very sloppy not to have corrected that.
I thought that was grass in the utility room for a second!
Also love the garden, but the house is too modern for me.
I thought it was that awful plastic grass too and was expecting the garden to be festooned with it, but the landscaping is beautiful.
You'd need it to look out at in such a sterile house.
That really galls me to see sloppy stuff in an ad. They are paid enough, I imagine for their part in the sale of a house, to get things right.
Yeah, you see this sloppiness a lot, either in the descriptions or the photos.
In the current climate, Estate Agents don't even have to try. Houses are selling themselves, and it's bidders that are doing all the work.
Easy money for them alright, but that lack of attention to detail would be enough for me to get in a second estate agent and pit them against each other, or if that wasn't allowed in the contract to just replace them.
I was wondering was it a Daft issue, so I checked the DNG site itself.

Not sure why garage is in block brackets - so that looks like a sloppy entry in itself, but I assume the * error * on Daft is that their system tried to parse the block brackets as a tag or formatting, which failed.
The ad mentions a carport, maybe that was to be changed?
Crikey! Someone with plenty of money.
Fully equipped bathroom with bidet
More an inconveniently high bum gun, but would save on toilet roll.

This is like a hotel…the shape of all the bedrooms is really annoying…the scale is mad especially the last few pics from the outside!
Hideous, the only thing it has going for it is its proximity to the beach.
What's with all the ///// in the blurb? Another lazy EA.
Another place that from the outside looks to me like it was meant be used as a business premises, not a home.
And in photo 18 of the office space… whats with the internet wires causing a trip hazard ? !? They could have put them away for the photos! 😁
EA generated fireplace… people are acting like Estate Agents in the way they generously apportion everything to "AI"
A good nursing home for retired Bond villains

Apparently next door has a basement! Not where I'd be hiding when the wind blew.
The owner used to zip around the bay on a jetski. I'm not at all jealous.
Jetski? What a dose
Mod - Some posts deleted. Not the purpose of the thread.
What the hell was he waffling on about anyway. Big walls of text that I couldn't have been arsed to read.
A lot of house for the money

There is something very odd about that property - it looks like a period house on the inside but the outside looks relatively modern. The outside doesnt match the inside IMO. Somebody probably ruined the look of the house over the years by plastering over brick, replacing windows with brown ugly windows etc. It looks ok on the inside but still needs alot of work.
How did they get planning for that.. doesn't fit in with the other houses at all
Reminds me of this place
This one has no soul. I can't understand the idea behind it. It's as if it stated life as a small block of apartment.
Looks like a high end TB sanitarium for rich folk
Only property with direct river access ...
… just scramble through the bushes.
It is completely soulless and ugly.
