This is like a hotel…the shape of all the bedrooms is really annoying…the scale is mad especially the last few pics from the outside!
More an inconveniently high bum gun, but would save on toilet roll.
Fully equipped bathroom with bidet
Crikey! Someone with plenty of money.
The ad mentions a carport, maybe that was to be changed?
I was wondering was it a Daft issue, so I checked the DNG site itself.

Not sure why garage is in block brackets - so that looks like a sloppy entry in itself, but I assume the * error * on Daft is that their system tried to parse the block brackets as a tag or formatting, which failed.
Easy money for them alright, but that lack of attention to detail would be enough for me to get in a second estate agent and pit them against each other, or if that wasn't allowed in the contract to just replace them.
Yeah, you see this sloppiness a lot, either in the descriptions or the photos.
In the current climate, Estate Agents don't even have to try. Houses are selling themselves, and it's bidders that are doing all the work.
That really galls me to see sloppy stuff in an ad. They are paid enough, I imagine for their part in the sale of a house, to get things right.
I thought it was that awful plastic grass too and was expecting the garden to be festooned with it, but the landscaping is beautiful.
You'd need it to look out at in such a sterile house.
I thought that was grass in the utility room for a second!
Also love the garden, but the house is too modern for me.
I love the garden but hate the interior. Polished concrete floors and bland, it's a showpiece rather than a home.
And what is a detached error? The estate agent is very sloppy not to have corrected that.
Sold at auction for 100k
This house is across from my daughter's school - pretty much in the heart of Ennis. Any time we pass, we've always been curious about what was behind the gate. I know the modern design isn't to everyone's taste, but I think it's stunning.
Price is POA. Judging by some of the recent house sales in Ennis and surrounds (a €485k asking price got Sale Agreed at €712k recently), I shudder to think what this will go for.

Ah, but could sit on the loo and shower!
Nice warm fire in the bedroom while you take a dump!
The first few exterior photos made me think of a school with lots of prefabs. Some lovely features, no doubt, in that house, and it's very well cared for. I have played the euromillions but it might be a bit big for me 😁
Lovely views - Horrible house. I hate both the interior and exterior of that house. I shivered just looking at the photos. I know it probably has a great heating system but the look is still cold and uninviting. I could never feel cosy or comfortable in a house like that.
the bedrooms are ferociously uninspiring
Fabulous, but shiny (very shiny) floor tiles again, this time with marbling to make them extra unlikeable. I can nearly hear the echoing just looking at the pictures. I'd need to spend the purchase price again on rugs and non-slip liners!
But the views from those bedrooms - I would never get out of my bed again!
At least they AI'd the fireplace to be on, definitely make me want to buy it now.
It looks like a renovated school from the outside!
I'm another who is not a fan of shiny tiles, and that angled kitchen island would drive me insane.
But other parts of the interior are lovely, and the views are absolutely gorgeous.
I do see Teletubbies though! :)
Fab house, but getting a TeleTubby vibe from this pic. Also, the glass panels along the stairs..Imagine trying to keep them clean?
not to everyones taste but serious money has been spent on that house inside and out.
Lots of money, but this is lovely. The house has been well designed to drink in the views.

"South facing" apparently.
Lap up those rays!
I'm no expert but I think it might need to be rewired. Wires, wires everywhere. They are mostly things to be plugged in but I am not getting a safety vibe!
And here we have the second bedroom, now "renovated" into an upstairs bathroom 😲

Different coloured bannisters and spindles I'v often seen but never two different coloured woods on the same handrail.
Anyway, they've re-done the photos now, so much better.

yep. And in the ariel photo you can see that there's multiple houses of the same type next to each other.
Very often they are like that, but taking a photo that emphasises it so clearly is not necessary.
