Dublin is getting hammered with a few hundred male economic migrants a week arriving and yet on Friday many of them decide Brid Smith is the best candidate to send to Europe.
Heard on the radio she is polling quite well.

I see France and Germany Right Wing Parties have won more seats than anticipated. Huge losses for Macron and Scholz parties.
Macron will be going on TV shortly to address the loss.
With this Ring Wing Parties, I would hope there's something finally going to be done about immigration but on the other side I fear for the carnage that might come but this is the fault on the likes of Macron and Scholz parties, far to long they have treated the electorate with contempt and not listened to people. We shouldn't be in this spot and I've convinced immigration is leading this rebellion by the voters in the EU
Europeans have had enough of the immigration disaster. We are years behind the curve here but will eventually cop on.
We'll learn the hard way first.

German AfD success in Elections is all the more surprising as the lead for the campaign was shown to be on the take from Russia and had to be hidden for most of the campaign. People are just sick of open-borders and the behaviour of a minority of these immigrants once they reach Europe.

Official Media is also very much to blame as they tar everyone who isn't open-borders as a rascist who should be derided. They are more the agent of the regime than RTE.

Europe going right, our eu elections never mattered. Hopefully strict sensible immigration policy Europe wide can be implemented over next few years and our government will have to tow European line.

On e voting machines would an OCR (optical character Recongnition) scanner be an idea? Load the ballots into a hopper and the get fed through digitizing the data. Go box by box, with cross checks on numbers fed through and spot checks on ballots. Manually ceck spoiled and un readable ballots

You have Cuffee and Andrews as well as Doherty who will all transfer to o Riordan far better
When Brid Smith goes out she will heavily transfer to Clare Daly and least to Niall Boylan, he'll be reliant on a big first vote and transfers from Aontu and lesser independent candidates
Just looking at Austria (which I know pretty well) the far-right party did very well with a big increase of around 10%, but it's essentially a direct transfer from the main right wing party which lost about 10%. Most of the other parties just changed by 1 or 2%
If he doesn't get elected he might have his eye on the Dail whenever Harris decides to call a GE.
