wore a summer jacket today that I bought in a sale around October last year. Very comfortable to wear and it’s a great fit. The TH is more to do with the fact I’d forgotten all about it.
The voting place for our area is at the back of the hall, met three faces I know from the area on my way in the door.
So happy to see new faces in the area, esp as they had to go through citizenship(not an easy process for many) to vote and are exercising their right to do so.
I'm almost certain you don't need citizenship to vote, just residency. Still, I can see why seeing them would make you happy.

A bit more complicated than that. Non-EU citizens resident here can vote in local elections. EU citizens can also vote in EU elections. Only irish citizens can vote in Dail elections.
