yeah they have a month or two to buy and then sold on ticketmaster
Just looking on ticketmaster there, 14 tickets for €176 available in Sections like "Mid511", "Mid512" - what sections are these - don't see them on the seating chart.
…almost 80 single tickets available there now, no idea where they are though….
They'd be crap seats...
Ahh, the mid section doesn't show on the ACDC ticket sale page for the venue for some reason. Are they bad in sense of being so far from the stage from too high up?
This photo is taken from area 736. Almost diagonally opposite (but in the middle tier which is a darker shade of blue) would be where 511 & 512 are.
You will be spending most of the evening watching the band on a screen (at a cost of €176 per person)!

I saw them play in Amsterdam this week.
A total of 21 songs played, great sound, thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.
€285 per ticket, great seats (the equivalent of section 318 in the Croke park seating plan).
318 is in the Davin stand though, they are not great seats.
150 yards from the stage minimum.
The equivalent position in the Amsterdam Arena would be in the car park outside.
Do you notice how they are getting closer to the stage , releasing the worst first

I didn’t measure the arena in either city; I just meant it’s directly facing the front of the stage, near ground level,
havent been paying much attention to positioning, but not surprisingly….

How would one get a ticket to stand on the pitch?
Well I've two standing I need to get rid of now as I picked up golden circle tickets earlier.
is golden circle the front row standing section?
You need to check back regularly. I have been looking every day and hit it lucky today. They have been dropping in seated tickets pretty much every day for a couple of weeks now, but today was the first time I have seen standing tickets (front or back) listed since the original release. There could be more tomorrow for all we know. And there may be none, but they could put some up in a week's time. It's a bit of a lottery, but the more you check the better your chances. Equally keep your eye on this thread. I picked mine up around the same time @pedrohbaron posted above and there were still some available after I completed my purchase, but they went quickly - possibly to others watching this thread
Hopefully they will open up resales 4 weeks before the gig and there may be a few floating around then.

No, it’s on August 17th.
Another huge release of Premium level seats.
Slowly working their way towards the stage, so cynical.
Not cynical but they had set dates when premium holders could buy or not.
It is cynical because they sold the worst premium seats first.
Have been progressively releasing better ones.

Ticketmaster really are a disgusting company and their practices absolutely should be illegal. It worked in the old days. They've totally manipulated the market and legislation. This gig really showcased it.
yeah unsurprisingly the terrible boxes were first were the owners said “no, you can sell those”
the artists are more to blame
unless details of contracts are exposed, we ll never actually truly know, but in the interest of fairness, id blame all of the above, i.e. live nation(ticketmaster), artists, promotors, venue owners, management, insurance etc etc etc, as id imagine within contracts are set fees along side percentages of sales, i.e. higher sales values mean, those entities get more……
