More talk of a region merger. Feels like every week. Hard to see them being competitive this season which is a shame.
Sure do.
I don't think that I have ever seen as much griping and moaning about refs online than in the last seven days. Seriously, take a break from the keyboard and go out and enjoy the nice weather.
Cover might come into it for considering a penalty try.
Munster vs Leinster final in PUC
Make it happen Munster and Leinster but the others are not going to lie down either
Law 11.3: "A player must not intentionally knock the ball forward with hand or arm. Sanction: Penalty." If the action is deemed deliberate and cynical, particularly preventing a try-scoring opportunity or being a repeated offense, the referee may escalate the penalty to a yellow card."
But long may the sexually repressed rage toward an IRFU official continue. It's the amazing hair, isn't it?
Poster typing furiously at their keyboard thinks everyone else should take a break from theirs.
In addition, I also found this (which interestingly, I wouldn't have imagined was the case prior to looking it up).
There is no formula for determining a Yellow Card sanction in these situations

This is an awful post and an example of the usual suspects making everything personal.
Great predictions!!
Surprised you had a moment from bashing Crowley to even read what I'd posted. Flattered you find time for my content amidst your primary duties.
And confirmed: it's the hair.
Another strange and personal jab.
Thanks for proving the point.
Leinster will have a serious test down in Pretoria vs the Bulls to get to a final in Munster and bring their trophy out of their back yard......
Thats a big a challenge as any Heineken Cup.....
Ulster wont roll over for them either...
Yep will have to see what we are made of. I'm happier we have Bulls away . We got ourselves into this tricky position, by messing up games this year. If this is a great Leinster team now is the time to show it.
Think Benneton could pull off the upset vs the Bulls, they've been very good this year.
Definitely a chance and I'm much happier we are playing Ulster next week than a stacked Treviso
Sorry, I'll completely hold my hand up here - I mixed you up with someone else.
Apologies.
We have to beat Ulster 1st
Ulster could do the triple over Leinster. It should be a great game
if the bulls and leinster make it to the semis, i think the bulls will win in Pretoria.
I'd disagree, a full strength Leinster can win that
well, it will be a nice new experience for them, if they do go full strength.
A few games to get through before then but has there been any official comment to suggest this is in any way likely?
The IRFU would surely prefer to have it in Dublin to make a lot more money out of it. Either in the Aviva if it can be sandwiched inbetween the summer gig season so theres no rent to pay to the GAA, or else in what would presumably be a sold out Croker.
The IRFU wouldn't have a say though. It would be up to Munster and URC.
The IRFU converted more than €4mn of Munster's operational debt into a long term loan last season, meaning the province now owes the IRFU a total of €10.75mn when also factoring in the remaining sum owed for Thomond Park.
Plus the whole IRFU technically owning the Munster branch, mountains of debt that Munster are struggling to pay off aside.
If the IRFU want the game to happen somewhere for financial reasons the game will happen there, the final say won't be with Munster.
Absolutely no chance the final would be moved to Dublin in this scenario!
Too many injured players to compete v. the main Leinster 23 I think. Possibly no second rows to begin with. No McCloskey or Hume. No Baloucoune…….
Revenge for 2 years ago.
You'd hope that narrative, a fully loaded Leinster, plus a semi final, will see a decent crowd at Loftus and a great occasion.
Ulster beat Leinster at RDS earlier in the season. Treviso at home are a different animal than playing away from home.
