dont give anyone ideas now
yea its nasty , imagine the young minds facing that every morning , not inspiring !!!
That will probably end up as accommodation for refugees..
Decent enough size etc but irredeemably ugly front, cost a lot to convert I reckon.
who would live in a school like this : https://www.campbells.ie/colaiste-na-rossan-annagry-donegal/949406
Own your own stage ?
Re-inact lunchtimes in the yard ?
No idea how you would convert it residential
Maybe open a hostel ?
That would be an amazing wedding venue if restored to its former glory.
Just add a resident ghost or 2.
It looks like when Robin Hood came back to Locksley Castle after the Crusades.
It's incredible isn't it? Imagine the balls and events held there in the past.
Real reminder that entropy gets us all in the end 😅
A small bank heist should cover it 😳 What a beautiful home it must have been in the past

wow!!!! None of that screams abbyside dungarven to me!!
Oh that is beautiful, love a good bungalow and with those views. , amazing!!
Checked the folio and it's all included so guessing they are selling up not having got planning permission. Looked at the planning app and seems like there was alot of objections.
I dont think upstairs is too bad. I would be more concerned about the kitchen. It looks like someone thought a DIY kitchen penninsula would be a great addition - they were wrong😂
That suits me down to the ground. I can quit my job and become a farmer. One problem with this plan though. I can't afford it so if anybody reading this wants to lend me a small 12 mil that I'm good for as I will pay you back in the next life.
That kind of takes the shine off it alright.

Shared with 14 new houses if planning goes through;
That's kids for you. They will destroy everything you own and not care.
That is why I'll never buy anything nice until they FC uk off and have their
own places. Then I'll go round their places and smash up their nice things! :-)
It's kind of funny how the place gets progressively worse as you go up floors; everything downstairs is in good nick, but then the furniture in the bedrooms is looking a little worse for wear, with broken trim and hardware, and then in the attic you've got…that, plus the mouldy old box beds, the cockeyed lamp, a table with a wonky leg, and a sad lonely dresser in the corner that looks like it's made an unplanned trip or two down the stairs.
Oh I love that!
Nice!!! First thing I'd be doing is throwing out the smelly gym equipment from the garden room.

A move-in-ready house for £10,000
Wowzers! That's pretty much my dream home - apart from it being a very ugly bungalow from the outside, but I'd be sitting permanently inside at that dining table looking out, or on one of the loungers at the front with my back turned to it, so I'd be able to forget that detail.
They've really maximised the location potential by having dining room, sitting room and master bedroom looking out over the bay.
Fabulous!

They need to find a new spot for the fridge.

Who needs a pool when the beach is at the bottom of your garden
I was surprised at the price as Kinsale is eye-wateringly expensive, but it's 7 km outside.
It's lovely and someone isn't impressed they have to move.
