yeh - the plastic arches aside, the price was just awful value, and early ones had a recall and some issues.
it was limited to 2 DC charging sessions per day ‘at normal speed’ (up to 100kW), and any additional DC sessions on the same day were limited to 24kW or something…:
So a car for road trips it was not.

Turns out Finance Ireland have not received updated pricing from Tesla following the price drop on the Model 3. They did confirm that the correct monthly payment will apply once they receive confirmation from Tesla.
Finally got the spring update this morning.
Anyone else noticed that the screen is now really jittery going between menu's? it was so smooth before, but now it's a bit ****.
The camera preview when indicating to change lane, etc jumps around the screen for me since the update (defeats the purpose).
Have you pinned it to one place? Once you do, it will not move.
And thus begins the Apple like process of older cars being slowed down by newer features and various 'updates'….
Don't say that, i'm bad enough upgrading to the new flagship phone annually, i can't afford a new model 3 every year(especially after getting hit with the 222 price drops)

My car works fine, and I've not installed an update in almost 6 months, and don't intend to install any updates for the foreseeable future.
No glitches here in the latest .8. 2020 car.

I’m still patiently waiting…despite setting the car to advance updates. The next 2024.20 update looks great too, matrix headlights will follow bends in the road.
Now if they could only use the massive neural network to teach the wipers what rain is…

Yeah, have had it pinned for ages. It just switches between the three options now.
And your using the same card or phone key?
Do a 2 button reset and see if that helps. I drove a 3 and a Y today, both on the new software and no issues like that.
