1200 a month for what looks like a storage container in Longford. Fair play to them if they can find someone to pay that
It's not even in the same spot in all the pics. And don't get me started on the screenshot pics. €1200pm, my god
This country drives me nuts. €1200 for that. It is nice but imagine how cold it would be during the winter.
Growing up we had one of these in the garden for storing turf and hay!
Central heating? Presume it’s electrical convector heaters.
There was a time when Jack's Hole (ha ha) was the place to spend your summers if you were part of the South Dublin monied set. When I was a student I spent a couple of weekends there as a girl in our class was from that group and they had a mobile home there.
Based on the mobile home that went for €500k there a couple of years ago I'd say it's still quite a desirable location for a certain cohort.

Still popular, it & Potter’s Point. Management fees alone would probably get a pretty nice family holiday in the sun.
That is actually horrifically bad. The absolute neck of somebody to charge money and produce that. Laughable in this day and age
I love every bit of this place but how cold would that pool be ? Doesn't mention anything about it being heated (that I can see anyway)

I'd swim in it. Heated or not no big difference to me anyway. Doesn't really matter though as I could never afford it.
Love it. Even has an orchard.
Mmmmm
Want to buy what's behind these shrubs? It'll cost you £140,000 - and you're not allowed to see it … https://mol.im/a/13471043 via

Doesn't look much different than any derelict cottage listed on Daft, really, except with more vegetation and more interior pictures than most. Guessing the advice not to try to view it is just to keep people from breaking their ankles trying to clamber through the overgrowth to see the place and then suing the owners. £140k does seem very steep for what is essentially a site (or worse, a building you can't even knock) in an incredibly tiny village with no amenities, but I've no idea what the market there is like overall.
Love it too. Sadly not only do I not have the money for it, i dont even have enough boots to justify a boot room :(
Love it. Cold plunge pool all the rage nowadays!
Fab place and actually very reasonable
views here are just gorge!
I was surprised at the price as Kinsale is eye-wateringly expensive, but it's 7 km outside.
It's lovely and someone isn't impressed they have to move.
Who needs a pool when the beach is at the bottom of your garden
Got a link that isn’t to the Daily Heil? Won’t give that hate rag a click.
They need to find a new spot for the fridge.

there you go.
Wowzers! That's pretty much my dream home - apart from it being a very ugly bungalow from the outside, but I'd be sitting permanently inside at that dining table looking out, or on one of the loungers at the front with my back turned to it, so I'd be able to forget that detail.
They've really maximised the location potential by having dining room, sitting room and master bedroom looking out over the bay.
Fabulous!
Differnt link from the hidden house article.
A move-in-ready house for £10,000

I don't think this person should be allowed play Darts anymore.
Nice!!! First thing I'd be doing is throwing out the smelly gym equipment from the garden room.
Oh I love that!
It's kind of funny how the place gets progressively worse as you go up floors; everything downstairs is in good nick, but then the furniture in the bedrooms is looking a little worse for wear, with broken trim and hardware, and then in the attic you've got…that, plus the mouldy old box beds, the cockeyed lamp, a table with a wonky leg, and a sad lonely dresser in the corner that looks like it's made an unplanned trip or two down the stairs.
That's kids for you. They will destroy everything you own and not care.
That is why I'll never buy anything nice until they FC uk off and have their
own places. Then I'll go round their places and smash up their nice things! :-)

Another one in Waterford for the Country Gentleman!!
That kind of takes the shine off it alright.
