Bank of Ireland are sponsoring her podcast. And some company has sponsored her home renovations. Jeez this young wan has it all sorted, next up dunnes stores will be sponsoring her groceries and underwear!!

I Gave the podcast 20mins as I was curious about what Pamela Joyce had to say. I didn't need to hear Pam talking about pooing while on holiday with her boyfriend and smelling each other's poos
amazed how she grifts so much freebies - im the same age as her and never heard one in my circle of friends/acquaintances actually say something positive about her …being Ian Dempsey's godchild must have some magical powers

A lot of these podcasts are a real next level in the dumbing down of society. These conversations were had in private before, now large numbers of zombie people are going around with their earphones in listening. Then there is the fitness/digital nomad fellas preaching about how great they are and if you wanna ‘achieve your goals’, ‘work anywhere in the world’ and ‘live your best life’ you need to subscribe to them.

I hope this clear out will end up being a good lesson for RTE. Excluding the 2 Johhnies who seem to be actually making money from outside ventures, it’ll hopefully become obvious fairly quickly that Doireann and Zamparelli haven’t actually got a lot going for them. Zamp seems to at least own an actual business but the likes of Doireann hawking stuff and podcast can’t really last. I’m sure tge 2FM gig was a big exposure grab for her. It’ll be interesting to see how she fares now especially if RTE have someone better suited to her old job take over. She’ll be yesterdays woman before long which isn’t what you need going to product promoters or trying to encourage people to actually pay for your podcast.
Doireann will have her follower/audience already built up, and for promoters etc they know what there getting, her replacements ability to do any similar activities will be limited. She'll be her own boss rather than RTEs puppet going forward. Good for her…
Next to go has to be Donnacha and the annoying midget fella.
It is strange to think that people don't see that nobody really cares if Doireann as this vast array of different incomed (she'll be a puppet to her sponsors), there is no problem she is going, RTÉ trying to keep her and trying to explain why they are keeping her as 2FM audience either fall or largely remain the same would be much worse for them.
I always said if any other broadcasters wanted any of the RTÉ staffers, RTÉ should have said "Thank you for your service …. blah … blah … blah … we wish you well in your future at the BBC".
I imagine Donnacha due to pay or non-renewal of his contract, I can see Mullen taking over the Breakfast show on his own.
