Only getting 5 off 35 even if you spend 100 is not a lot.
Its a good loyatllty scheme of customers have no guarantee of a specific money off amount, but go back just on the promise of X off xx voucher. I know in certain towns around Ireland it's the neart local supermarket. Therefore they get rewarded to go when they would go anyway.
the vouchers are loaded on the app weeks in advance so you do know in advance how much will be taken off
my vouchers are 25 off 135. But I struggle to spend that much. They’re obviously pushing you to spend more and more.
The person im shopping for is dropping €250 a week, I’m surprised I don’t get the €25 off
€25 off €135 is pretty good. It would seem structured to make you spend more. Its better to get €5/10 of €25/50 as it gives more flexibility.
@OmegaGene you should be getting around €45 of a €250 shop, assuming it can all qualify for voucher spend.
Been getting this voucher every week for months now which is as good as the Dunnes discount. Usually do a shop in SV and in Dunnes plus a midweek top up. Total spend €40 + €50 + €25 with a €23 discount. Obviously slightly over the €115 spend depending on what’s needed in what shop but still good value for us.
Mine have gone from 5 off 35 to 7 off 45!
I usually spend 40 there excluding booze so this is annoying.
5 accounts will get you €50 off that shop and you can stack the vouchers from multiple accounts.
they are not always. I have multiple accounts and most of them don’t tell you what you will be getting the following week.
Long post!
The 8 pack Fruit Shoots - is the €2.70 deposit wrong? Should it be €1.20?
Great value for the coffee pods
Same as, was getting the 5 off 35 for years and any shop I was targeting to just spend that 35. After the shop revamp in Blanch a few months back I got a few additional 10 off 50 vouchers through the letterbox and used a good few of them so I presumed they upped the required spend on future vouchers to coincide with that recent spending.
It's quite annoying as I would rarely spend 45 otherwise so will have to get another account now in the hopes of the reduced voucher spend requirement. I guess in time they'll reduce the voucher requirement if they don't see me as a regular customer.
Have a good May Bank Holiday Weekend!
Some repeatd from last week.
Rewards vouchers getting even smaller for me for the next period. The bit that's confusing me even more is the alternating values.
@TheChrisD And they are messing me about with varying values, but whereas I want 5 off 35, I am getting 10 off 50!
Mine alternates 7 off 45 with 10 off 50.
I like 5 off 25 which seems to be gone
..
These also. Some from the previous week repeated also.
€2 nakd bars 😱

Good offer on the Kenco. Tesco have it on clubcard special too - for €4.50.
Was that Kenco offer the w/end only? Ignore, just saw it's valid 'til tomorrow.
I haven't seen it advertised but they are doing two tubs of spreadable butter for a fiver.
It's the cheapest I've seen it since the madness started. They are normally around €3.70 each.
dairy gold?
The Kerrygold spreadable butter? It seems to be a spread rather than all butter.
Sales price valid from 23/05/2024 until 12/06/2024

it is advertised on their website under fridge fillers in the offers section it is only 50% butter mind you
BUTTER (50%), Water, Rapeseed Oil (20%), Salt (1.3%), Colour (Carotene)
It's false advertising by supermarkets based on a cunning wording by the manufacturer. The name of the product is Kerrygold Spreadable. It consists of butter blended with rapeseed oil. It's the supermarkets that sell it as Kerrygold Spreadable Butter. Of course both parties of this scummy symbiosis are perfectly aware of what is going on.
