Keane were excellent tonight in the 3Arena. Tom Chaplin has one of the best voices around and everyone was singing along. They had enough walkway that we got to a front without even trying. And no pushing or talking or hassle. The easiest concert I've ever been too.
I think I'd have enjoyed that gig. Always liked his voice.

It's a bit surreal going from a concert like that on a Monday night back to reality on Tuesday. I wasn't that keen 😁 to go see Keane, and wasn't expecting much, just booked it ages ago to get off my arse. I don't know how yer man sang so well for so long. Incredible. He could sing the back of a Cornflakes box and make it sound amazing.

One of these years I’m going to have to learn how to pack a suitcase. Probably half the clothes in my case weren’t used in the last 3 weeks.
Well if you can't pack sensibly there is little hope for everyone else. My advice is to lay out everything you have gathered and discard half. But when packing for Ireland you need clothes for every type of weather. Lots of layers and a waterproof coat is the best combination.
I can imagine Smurf wears many things but leggings are a bit of a stretch even for my bonkers mind
Deskside in the work office, collecting another batch of exam scripts that need to be marked for the end of next week and printing off more dissertations to read and mark.
Naturally, the printer in my shared office isn't working properly but the department admin team were very nice to let me use theirs instead.
Now to get back home for more non-stop marking over the next 10 days - joy of joys!! 🙄
