Will his credibility be zero so that all he can do is to give a face and context to the trove of evidence already presented against Trump?
Obviously he has told the truth about important issues but will his temperament mean that Trump gets off because the final nail that Cohen drives in will not be believed beyond all reasonsble doubt on account of his past history and present overbearing (which I share) animosity towards Trump?
Academic ,as we will all be the much wiser come next week when he begins his testimony.

I'd hardly describe it as 'throwing a strop'. There's every chance he wasn't fully consulted before being appointed, probably daddy said it was ok and he is just realising that, at 18, he can have an opinion. If I had a father like Trump I would be wanting to cut ties as soon as possible, he really hasn't had the option so far. I have a fair bit of sympathy for him, he didn't ask for his parents or his upbringing and he should be commended for having an opinion at this stage.

Absolutely a possibility. I think that any Trump legal victories will be largely thanks to screw ups by the prosecution rather than any particular brilliant strategy by the defense. About half way through the case according to various sources. Will be interesting to see where things are at the end of the month.

Looking at the court transcripts she was referred to as Ms. Daniels by the lawyers so even the court systems isn't using her real name.
I reckon the defence council used her stage name because when you say Stormy Daniels, people know who you mean. They wanted the jury to know she is a former Porn star. If they used the name Stephanie Clifford, the jury may not get it.
Maybe ,as a follow up when the dust settles and to mend bridges she could invite Trump onto one of her plays.
Possibly a little to highbrow for him ,mind.

Which is understandable. Stormy Daniels is her brand.

She covered that incident in the documentary. It was clearly a put up job. The female vice officers bought her merchandise and asked to have pictures taken with her and one of them touched her boobs, then turned around and arrested her for solicitation. Charges were dropped a few hours later.
Of course you dont know of any famous person who has gone back to living a normal life using their ordinary, non famous name. You don't know what their ordinary name might be and many formerly famous people have disappeared into obscurity.
