Not sure how you could look at the US and see 75% of Republicans believing the 2020 election was stolen; see the most (hypocritically) religious people in the country treat a rapist who is currently being tried for fraud related to payments to a porn star (who mocks him about his dick size and performance) as a christ like figure; see the stupidest people in America like MTG, Gym Jordan, Comer and the borderline paedophile Gaitz be de-facto leaders of the Republican party; see huge support for the fascist Russians from the party of Ronald Reagan; see all that and think Democrat complacency is the issue. The Democrats are trying to figure it out but the country is so f***ed up with disinformation it's almost an impossible job.
I think the risk with complacency would be where one side has a big lead in polls, and their supporters think they don't need to vote. And the polls have missed silent supporters of the other side. The tight polls mitigate against that.
MAGA candidates seem to have been underperforming versus their polling in general elections of late.
So I don't see that here.
The actual Biden campaign itself seems to be geared up to have a good go at it. Apparently they now have campaign offices in nearly every state, with multiple offices in the swing-states + the staffers to run them all. So they at least seem to be organised for November. With any luck that organisation with keep the voters motivated and with any luck get the vote out, which is critical to beating Trump. If the voters get out there and actually vote, then Trump's chances are greatly diminished, but a lot of that is down to getting people out there help make it happen.
On the other side of the coin, the Trump campaign has spent its money on Donnie himself. Apparently they have no offices, anywhere and everything appears to be pinned on the rapist "Truth"ing stuff and going to whatever rallies he can be arsed to attend. The MAGA crowd are numerous and feral enough to still go out and vote regardless of what Donnie does however, so he might be hoping / banking on voter-apathy to give him the presidency with little effort put in.
Also, I bet you this kind of "support" must be driving Donnie mad. He wants to play-act as a perfectly healthy alpha-male, but these overly supportive MAGAs are publicly highlighting how old and dysfunctional he is. It's not a great look, even if they are trying to claim that "Only Real Men" wear adult diapers. I don't think this is a particular angle that they can successfully market to anyone beyond the most commited MAGA cultists.

a large proportion of people his age have incontinence, so from stats alone it would be likely enough. What is more, even if the incontinence were not severe a public figure like him couldn’t afford to be caught out occasionally with patches or stains, so it would make common sense to wear protection. There are medical interventions (eg bladder Botox) which friends of mine with MS avail of very successfully, and I’m sure he’d be offered that, and surely he would would undergo a safe effective procedure like that 🤔 If bowel leakage is an issue there’s a method to deal with that which I won’t go into, and maybe he wouldn’t cooperate and just resorts to protection and a lot of perfume. 🤣
