The Asian lad on the tram who stole a bag, hopefully will be identified, it's good footage. The thing is though, his friend that was with him, got on and off the tram with him, watched his friend steal the bag, has his face blurred. He's an accomplice to the crime, and so shouldn't have his face blurred.
I reckon he put clothes there to throw of the Gardaí. He has plenty of family still in Galway. I reckon he isn't too far away, France or Spain.

So he cycles up the inside of a truck stopped with his indicator on to turn left, it's the drivers fault for not seeing him ?
