Been back up for us in Newbridge the last few hours. Mate in Kildare town had his come back on around the same time (around 2.30)
139 bus has been enhanced. Still the same operator and no change to fares
In what way?
An hourly service effective from April.

Sky broadband down again for anyone?
No...not yet!
Would there be much demand for this service? Would there be that amount of people looking to get to Blanchardstown?
I have met this service on numerous occasions and it seems to be well frequented. There’s a few reasonable sized towns on its route, so I’d guess it must be paying.
busy service I believe, hence the increase in frequency.
Great if you want to link to the Mullingar/sligo/westport train. Also For Maynooth University, Intel and Blanchardstown tech. I know one person who works in intel who loves the service. Door to door in about 45 min from Naas and it allowed him go from two cars in the house to one.
KFC are advertising for staff for a new Naas location.
This suggests they plan to open fairly quickly, so any guesses on the location?
I'll suggest the Starbucks in the B&Q park. Never that busy and recently a new 10 year lease was created.
Can't think of any other location that already would have the necessary planning
Definitely not Starbucks, that drive through is always busy anytime I've been there
I heard in the argos site in Monread Tesco or could be the new Naas Shopping Centre 🤷🏼♀️
That's a good shout actually
Argos site in Monread
near certain Elverys are taking that for a large sports store.
But possibly there's a restaurant/takeaway unit available in the centre? It would need to already have hot food / takeaway planning
Dunnes buying Super Valu Clane?

Super Value have lost quite a few stores recently
Chap murdered last weekend, must be the first murder in Naas in a long time?
I'm all my life here, and he'd be the first that comes to my mind. A couple in Sallins if my memory is correct, but don't remember any in Naas town.
Any word on this folks
I suspect it's the job agency simply throwing out locations to try and get staff as there's nothing in the planning process and KFC are only interested in drive thru locations
I don't think so.
This is a case of an offer that was simply too good to refuse. They were profitable and stable, but when you get offered a "lotto rollover" type amount, you take it.

This the only one I remember
Wow that was awful
Anyone hearing strange sounding fireworks near Whitethorn/Elsemore. Almost like gunshots.
There was a rapid burst of bangs about 15 minutes ago, then I'm hearing single pot shots here and there.
Has anyone heard as to when the road works at Fairgreen will end?
Never!
Did ya heat of all the raw sewerage that went into the canal. How does this happen in this day and age.
road is back open today 🙌🏻
How bad is the flooding on the Blessington road near those new Stonehaven and Longstone properties?
