Given the light shining in the windows here, this one must be located near the surface of the sun π

The outside is fairly understated but I was not expecting the interior - it seems a lot bigger from the inside too. Beautiful house, perhaps not to everyone's taste but I like it.

And finally, a lovely time capsule in a great location. It's a long time since I have seen a carpeted kitchen! Don't worry, the bathroom floor is tiled, lol. Every window seems to have a fantastic view from it and it's very spacious. A great project for someone with lots of money to spend.

Ever wonder why the skies are always so blue over the properties we enjoy, or the fireplace always light. How the furniture is so often stylish and abundant?
There's an app for that!

That's stunning, I'm jealous of the master bedroom, ensuite and dressing room.
Some odd decorative pieces, especially the huge bust in the hall and the suit of armour, but they won't stay.
God himself had a viewing that day
The home used for the Spellman house in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Unfortunately now used for a business so the inside is nothing to look at.

..
so.. the most expensive thing most of us will ever buy/sell and the vendor of that (probably) quite nice property thinks that is acceptable from the local estate agent???? Is it any wonder a lot of them have a bad name. Bizarre
Sure Roderic O Gorman will buy it to house his beloved illegal immigrants π
Good. Theyβre human beings, just like you and me. The Irish have been fantastic immigrants for centuries, now itβs our turn to host. Embrace it or the hatred will tear you up.
I pity who ever had to work in the 'Records Dept'.
Wow it seems the sun shines brightly through all the windows in that house. It doesnt matter if the windows are north or south facing, its bright dazzling sunlight for all.
The person who took those photos should be ashamed of themselves and the estate agent who posted them sacked. Its very hard to judge if is actually a nice house or if the dazzle and glare is hiding the bad stuff.
It's the camera. You'd take better pictures with your phone unless they also have a really crap/old phone as well.
Mod - @monseiur @Gloomtastic!
Let's leave it at that please. There are threads in CA for that discussion. Thanks.
Oh that's badly done. It's really distracting as well. I was going through the photos wondering how much worse they could get rather than looking at the actual rooms.
That house no longer exists, by the looks of the light outside an alien spaceship has beamed it off with it
Havenβt been inside that house in approx 20 years, and not much changed since then. Sad to see it empty
Wow, that's gorgeous!
And C2 a far better BER than I was expecting.
And never mind the kitchen, even the garage is (partially) carpeted! π€£
And despite all this the video got made in the kitchen:
The quality of the photos is a total distraction and completely deflects your interest from the house. Difficult to believe that the EA will get somewhere between β¬5 and β¬10k for this miserable effort.
I like it, now I just need money!
That's a lot of money for only two bedrooms and no bathroom that a guest can get to without going into one of those two bedrooms!
What do we think the price is???
I love the house and grounds, decor not to my taste. I'm gonna guess around 1.3 million.

Same, I love the house and grounds, though a lot of it is, not all the decor is horrible (example, 16/38 is a nice room imo). The whole house is a mix of old and modern!
Does the bedroom in picture 27 (the one with the big mural on the wall) have a secret door?
Yeah, noticed that! Presume it's into the office in the next pic
The door does lead into the office. Very stuffy wallpaper and curtains, and they shouldn't have put tarmacadam on the driveway, but it is a lovely house.
No picture of the swimming pool/ballroom though.
It has the potential to be made gorgeous though. But 15 bedrooms is a lot!
As for this room with all the files, I can already feel myself breaking out in hives and choking on the dust!
One good thing that came out of the pandemic, my own office is now completely paperless.
A lot to love about that house. They went a bit mad on the blue / grey tones, and I don't like the panelling in the narrow hall, (pic 23, might be better if it was white) but that's easily enough changed.
Love that bathroom.
Hmmmm . . . "a lot bigger from the inside", well, "if it looks too good to be true it probbly is"?
