Mod - @monseiur @Gloomtastic!
Let's leave it at that please. There are threads in CA for that discussion. Thanks.
It's the camera. You'd take better pictures with your phone unless they also have a really crap/old phone as well.
Wow it seems the sun shines brightly through all the windows in that house. It doesnt matter if the windows are north or south facing, its bright dazzling sunlight for all.
The person who took those photos should be ashamed of themselves and the estate agent who posted them sacked. Its very hard to judge if is actually a nice house or if the dazzle and glare is hiding the bad stuff.
I pity who ever had to work in the 'Records Dept'.
Good. They’re human beings, just like you and me. The Irish have been fantastic immigrants for centuries, now it’s our turn to host. Embrace it or the hatred will tear you up.
Sure Roderic O Gorman will buy it to house his beloved illegal immigrants 😒
so.. the most expensive thing most of us will ever buy/sell and the vendor of that (probably) quite nice property thinks that is acceptable from the local estate agent???? Is it any wonder a lot of them have a bad name. Bizarre
..
The home used for the Spellman house in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Unfortunately now used for a business so the inside is nothing to look at.

God himself had a viewing that day
That's stunning, I'm jealous of the master bedroom, ensuite and dressing room.
Some odd decorative pieces, especially the huge bust in the hall and the suit of armour, but they won't stay.
Ever wonder why the skies are always so blue over the properties we enjoy, or the fireplace always light. How the furniture is so often stylish and abundant?
There's an app for that!

And finally, a lovely time capsule in a great location. It's a long time since I have seen a carpeted kitchen! Don't worry, the bathroom floor is tiled, lol. Every window seems to have a fantastic view from it and it's very spacious. A great project for someone with lots of money to spend.

The outside is fairly understated but I was not expecting the interior - it seems a lot bigger from the inside too. Beautiful house, perhaps not to everyone's taste but I like it.

Given the light shining in the windows here, this one must be located near the surface of the sun 🙄

Well that's rather gorgeous!
A fair whack needed to update and bring it to modern comfort standards - but that's a beautiful house!

Sweat lordy! I'm lost for words!
I know plenty of parents probably pay extra for those bars 🤣
The companies house filing misspells his name but it certainly looks to be him.
Wtf!!
most of the links that come up when you Google are kinahan and cab stories but the owner shows up on the uk cos office search, appears to be one of those train you how to be successful grifters
For the 'Dexter' in you. The kitchen is the ideal place to stash your abuductees while you figure out what precisely you'd like to do to them. A statement piece AND it's functional.

It was obviously built as some sort of residential type premises / public building. There are fire escape signs around the place and the wide corridors suggest high occupancy and so the need for wide fire escapes. It’s a strange layout though.
€1m doesn’t seem too bad when you consider you’d probably get that back fairly quickly if you could get a contract from the government to house IPAS applicants. Place seems pretty well set up to do this.
Pic 26 is interesting. It's a full set up for a podcaster, or home broadcasting. Even has the wing mirrors to make sure they look good from all angles.
Those are studio lights, but yep; definitely a streamer/Youtuber setup of some sort. Even has the requisite background shelf full of books and knickknacks to make them seem more interesting plus the pull-down screen for when they want to use a digital background instead.
It is huge. About 150 sqm at least. 10.5m X 17.4m (minus the terrace).
Wonder who owns it.
I wouldn't pay over the odds to live in any postcode.
I'd be more interested in the house, than a postcode.
It was a B&B.
that house pops up every year for sale at varying different prices…..it was up 3 ish years ago for 800K.
around that area is anecdotally full of illegitimate business people
Yeah I've family there too and they'd never leave. However I wouldn't pay over a million to live in that postcode.
Though I do appreciate regardless of where you live it only takes one fruit de loop neighbour and your life is miserable.
