Love the style of this house, bit of decorating, I'd live there happily for the rest of my days
Likewise. Don't see the point of the huge curved bedroom at the back and the small table and chairs floating in the (otherwise attractive, but pointlessly expensive, given the curve), kitchen.
Another church conversion for us to critique! I like this one, but the location is pretty remote for a Wicklow address.

I'm not a fan of church conversions but that one is nicely done. It looks like a home, internally.
Four self contained homes in one historic property. Unusual and eye-catching.

I like the church conversion, its quirky, interesting and looks comfortable.
That is very beautiful indeed, I'm getting a whiff of upmarket Airbnb off it. It looks super though.
Love it!
I love this. It's not too 'churchy'.
I really like the look of this house. I have to confess, I thought it was some sort of renovation but it was only built in 1996 to resemble a traditional old stone cottage.

Very pretty, about 30% less pine and it would be perfection.
The gardens are gorgeous. With some redecoration, and less pine, I could work with that!
Jesus! I was not expecting that price!
Looks lovely, but definite potential to get incestuous there with the neighbours
Avonlea 32 pic du Jer Park. Ballinlough Cork 🤣
The planting and the stone wall at the front set it off really well. A little slice of Miami or Tel Aviv, mixed with the Canary Islands. It's great. Awkward to get to the city from there, but why would you leave?

millon? and how much more to do it up ??
Big for the sake of being big and with the crappiest kitchen. All the garden ornaments look very ethnic. 😎
No, not my taste at all. Looks more like a private school than a house.
McMansion.
That's like an ugly hotel from the front, and a nursing home at the back.
Horrendous!
And I didn't even get to the interior pictures…..
Beautiful house but the wrong floor tile in the hall in pic 6 is making my eye twitch. Never mind the price!
The only thing this house is good for is demolishing. You're spending the money on the site really.
Dear site in my eyes tbh.
Plastic windows on such a big house. Puke. So much tarmac and paving and no garden or landscaping worth mentioning. What’s with the tiled room with a couch in it in pic 63? Looks like an unfinished prison shower! Something beautiful could have been made with the money spent on this place…
and how much more to do it up ??
Hard to say; how much is a kilo of C4 selling for these days?
That is without a doubt the most McMansion-looking house I've seen in a while. Only thing that makes it less than completely absurd is that it looks like it was some sort of commercial property originally, so the design isn't quite as utterly ridiculous as if it had been built as a private residence. It's still ugly as sin, though.
The tiled room with couch baffled me too, no idea what its supposed to be.
what was it used for before?
Doesn't look like a b&b or shotel.
Rehab center ot halfway house?
Who designs these ads?
28 pictures in before the first interior image of the house appears....
And having finally managed to get through all the pics, that definitely had to have been built as some kind of public building rather than a domestic home (no matter how grand) - it's AWFUL!
That house looks like it was designed by drunk AI. Its nightmarish to look at, and then just confusing when you see the floor plans as I have no idea what the original intention of the design actually was
