I don't see Russel Brand's evidence. He is making proclamations but provides no evidence. I'm not saying he is right or wrong but where is the evidence? The only evidence I see is that Putin went berserk and invaded Ukraine.

A book I'd highly recommend is Blowing up Russia. It's over 20 year's old but it deals with a false flag operation from Putin and the Chechen war. A good insight into the mind of the despot and just how un united Russia really is.

It’s not clear if he’s signed the bill yet or if he will be signing the bill on camera at this event but he is expected to sign it today. According to reports aid will get to Ukraine within days, some of it will have already been staged at US held locations in Europe, etc. and Ukrainians can begin to loosen up restrictions on their remaining reserves knowing more supplies are now going to be underway.
