a bit of grass
that’s a very inflammatory post, could scare customers away. Companies reorganise all the time, could be for certain shareholders to exit, restructure property within company, expand to new international markets etc etc
I recommend you edit your post
Calm yourslef we are 800 odd posts into a machinery thread on boards, it's hardly like he is writting this in the IFJ
Also yes companies re-organise, but nothing changed in the structure of either of the businesses the new Ireland or the EU, same directors same shareholding… and as the artice above mentioned, they said Smyths trailers is gone out of business, Which I googled straight away couldnt belive they were gone, but turns out it was a business enitiy… also on the website they clam to be building trailers for the last 40 years… but … Ireland Ltd and EU ltd have only been est in the last ten years.
They did do it for some reason, it's a question, that has to be asked, I for 1 would be afraid to buy from them, as if they shut down and open up again do they cover warrenty on products sold by the old business
Looking for a rake to take in 2 8ft rows. Any recommendations?
Nothing fancy, single or twin rotor.

Were those lads with the metal frails any good. Or would tines be better. Or are wufflers Good
We've one of these. Will do 2 10fts too
What sort of money are they 2nd hand, and are they easy got. Nothing on done deal.
To be honest, i've no idea. Think we paid 3.5k for ours about 8 years ago. It need a bit of work done to it on top (new tines, bit of welding, hydraulic pipes changed, painted)
I have a fransguard twin rake parked in the shed for a few years mechanical perfect if it's any interest to you
The 390? Was looking on dd, seen a few. What you looking and what part of country you in?
Followed this case jx90u today in a local auction thought it made great money at 28K plus fees (29,400). I had thought 25K was a good price and was my limit. It was one owner from new and was immaculate
Won't be a nettle or Dock safe around the place now
Was value at €29400 if it was clean.
How is the 5s going?
Not a bother on it now,..few little niggles but all sorted now
Maybe, it was spotless to be fair
The sung fork on the front and a loader bucket was with it as well. Taught it was still value at that price. You could pay 20K for a tractor the same size ten years older with a loader.
Well wear. That's AMAs own homemade sprayer?
Cheers..its an AMA sprayer with uprated pump and controls done by clever agri.
I've the same make here only with all the bells.
Seem to be a decent quality sprayer so far anyway
YeYeah no hassle with mine at all and any generic parts will fit. Ya don't have to pay through the nose to a manufacturer.
I was pricing a few 28ft bale trailers. A new one is shocking money. In around 18k plus vat for one.
Bought a new broughan 24ft last year for €14k+vat,great trailer on the road
try agrisafe. Paul Broughan is making them. We bought a 24ft one off them the other day
a new 24 ft broughan is 15500+ vat now. Mental
Think you may have passed by here when you did or else there's been a bit of a go on trailers from my local machinery salesman. Saw a bale trailer go and a cattle trailer go another time.
no didn’t buy off Barry this time around but he is selling them alright
Thats cheap compared to a broughan one
A friend of mine has a Flemming slurry tank, its going well for him. Id be worried would their trailers be too light for a heap of wraps.
