Yes, in today, message hit app as I went from till, digital receipt arrived fine.

I had that a while ago, got onto the chat who said the receipt and scratch card should appear within 48 hours.
They did appear, eventually, but a lot of hours later.

Me too, picked up the plan dark choc one; was getting ready to pay (self service checkout) and asked a member of staff. App says 'Dark chocolate with' and no mention of hazelnuts. Staff brought over the dark choc with nuts and voided the plain one. The staff member commented that its forever happening..
