Still is.
What the hell so they are selling land they don't even own. How did that get past planning permission. Surely there is system in place to stop this carry on or so I thought.
If you look at pic 5 it is only half built, they are showing you what it could be when you have spent a load more money on it.
this seems reasonable value (for what it is)

i assume there is some issue with the location?
What's going on with the images for this? Why aren't they using photos - these are like weird AI-generated renders or something. Same for the Dooradoyle house above. It's like they're drawings rather than photos. Remind me of this
Looks like the acquired the land somehow.
Judging by the wall across the way it seems like the neighbors did it first.
We might live very different lives, but that's exactly what I still thought they meant :)
It's just for the side garden (with full pp), is that a normal price?
That's the opposite of what I thought. I assumed it was ridiculously expensive :)
Squatters on the way as we speak,

Yeah
was up for €100,000.
It's beautiful, but the bedrooms are a let down apart from pic 24.
I'm sure that was on the Brennan's programme, whatever it was called, a couple of years ago
If, and it's a big if, you could get planning for another house or two on the site, it would be a nice little investment. There's a 2 story a few yards away that's POA but was listed a 900k at one stage.

Anyone fancy letting loose their inner Gordon Ramsey? Michelin star restaurant for sale in Clare.
Is that a puppy farm house?
It's PoA now.
loving the new room you can’t actually get to (pic 18)..

Death trap. Does having a stairs like that even comply with the building regs ? Surely for fire safety and evacuation purposes it should be fully enclosed, especially given its proximity to the hob.
That is off the head. How the hell did they even get planning permission for that.
Absolute bonkers price.

Very Harry Potter, you'd probably even end up with the scar from repeatedly banging your head off the stairs.
Jeepers, that's awful looking. I can feel my head banging off that staircase every time I have to go near anything that's under it.
I had a quick google and it looks like they were designed this way - however in this other one the living room door is beside the stairs leaving a bit more space on the other side of the room for a kitchen. I wonder if these owners moved the door for this reason or if it was a luck of the draw…

Jaysus, I thought it was a case of worst placement of kitchen (in a hallway) ever. WTF sort of a design is that? Talk about shoehorning a "house" into the tiniest footprint possible! I wonder are all houses in the terrace the same?
Even the builders must’ve been saying ‘This can’t be right. Check those plans again’
No door to stop cooking smells drifting upstairs and I doubt that extractor fan is ducted to the outside either. You’d have to extend out the back. Move the kitchen to the new back wall and end up with a useless, dark room in the middle.
This has to be one of the worst placements of a stairs that I have seen. Maybe the kitchen used to be smaller and they expanded in the hall but that doesn't make sense to me either

I think someone on here referred to it as the "trouser shuffle"😅 it's not the first time on here that the gap has been rather large between the two.
Was wondering the same thing!
What sort of squat/shuffle would you need to do across the front of the rad, that could guarantee no drips! 😂😂
