Heffernan was adamant he was blocked, didn't see a good angle of it.
Saw that too but whatever happened it was a disaster after scoring. So often we conceed so quickly after scoring
please
Lovely try , now if Bundee can have a few big carries connacht can win this
HArd to believe but we are still in this. That was better attack
Hon Bundee and should be another Pau lad in the bin for constant infringement
Great turnover and then we make a mess of it
ClEar knock on Pau there what is the linesman looking at
Good man Cian ya legend
WHat a turnover by Langton. Hope he's not injur
Connacht fans louder than in the Dexcom
Come on Connacht, last 4 minutes to hold out.
And Pau knock on. Should waste another minute
Lovely
That's a bloody brilliant win by you guys well done.
Beautiful try! Great win Connacht.
WHat a F**KINg try.
Farrell showing why he's our best 13 with that break.
Some gas by Prendergast to finish that
tom Farrell, you are a dinger
Get in great finish
Really did show some wheels to finish it on the outside in last minute of a tough game.
Fantastic win
I think it was one of their centres opposite him too
Hopefully that will be the catalyst for the rest of the season
if Connacht let Farrell go it’ll be some of their worst business in history
At least we finally saw out a close game. Hopefully can make a habit of it
Congrats great win, will be tough next week v treviso with their internationals back, but you have given yourselves every chance
We are Connacht. What do we know
Wasn't able to watch today, but looks like a hell of a game.
Time to get some revenge on the Italians next weekend.
Delighted that it's irrelevant now! Great win.
Two incredible moments from Prendergast in the last 10 minutes, first busting a gut to dive on a loose ball in our 22 and then beating their centre on the outside after a 50m break. Herculean stuff, and he does it for 80 minutes every week. Hopefully he can pick up some more caps as POM starts to wind down.
If Tom Farrell does leave, I hope it's not because we haven't made him an offer.
Hugely important win after the last few performances and results. The experience of Bundee was invaluable at key times.
Still an incredibly frustrating performance at times but it was important we didn't capitulate when it went to 20-12 and 30-19 and to be fair we didn't.
I'm not going to change my tune after one result given the muck we've serves up recently but it was a bit like the old days where we'd beat some half arsed French team to keep the season alive and paper over the cracks. After the disgraceful performance against Lions (that looks worse with each passing week) it's a small step in the right direction.
The optimistic side of me says we are on the good side of the draw. I'll try delude myself for the next week. 😁
