Thanks
Enter the reg into Micksgarage.
mods please move if in wrong place. Looking at fiat panda 2010 etcand have a question.
How would I know whether it the 1108 or 1242 cc?
thanks
I bought a car off this lad a while back, he was sound and easy to deal with. A trader obviously but I've had no issues with the car he sold me.
LOL that's the newer model, never driven one. But the old model was very boring, like on rails. Quite likely the newer model was very similar. I guess I don't like AWD cars in general.
Drove a 2006 Audi TT Turbo a few weeks ago. It is up there as 1 of the worst cars
I have ever driven.
No idea tbh. And they removed that info now.
The 1.8 is a strong engine afaik. I only owned one Audi, a TT turbo. Also with that engine. It was beautiful but I found the quattro system very boring, soulless even, to drive. Got rid of it very quickly and bought a Porsche instead 😂
Unfortunately it's not mine.. what do you reckon to the work they've said has been done?
I know someone that paid near €4,000 for a 2008 one of these about 3 year ago!
Don't go near the insignia, it makes no sense reliability wise to go for that ahead of the Avensis.
Folks is this definitely a no-go? I will be looking for an estate for max 2.5k in the coming weeks and have had this in my saved ads for a few days. Mileage is obviously not ideal but would probably be keeping whatever I get until it dies so thought the ex-HSE line might mean it was at least serviced on time. Are all Insignias awful? I thought it was just the earlier ones - would the pickup seal be a big job?
Also have a few 2009-2011 Avensis estates saved (some with the 2.0, some with 2.2), as well as a 2011 Mondeo (with the 2.0 diesel). I know its a lottery at that age but any of these none to be more reliable than not?
That's lovely and a sweet proposition, coming into the summer. I would have picked that up in a heartbeat if I hadn't done a deal on another convertible, picking it up from the UK this week.
Your description says 2005 though, you need to correct that.
That ticks my boxes. Absolutely love those A4 cabs. Always wanted one. But always been outta reach on running costs mainly (between tax and insurance on a second car)
Any takers for this https://www.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/audi-a4-cabrio-1-8t-2004/36613714
The Leaf? As you can see from the pics, when I charged it overnight, it indicated a 59 mile range. And that was after a night of night frost. But that seems a bit on the optimistic side. I'd say you could get up to 100km in summer on a good day, with a light foot.
When I collected it, I drove it home, 110km, in atrocious stormy and cold weather. With one stop to charge
Nice motor. What km would you typically get from a full charge?
Being a UK import is not a red flag
Obviously, nobody said it was.
Being a UK import is not a red flag, particularly not on a 15 year old car. The seller is clearly a trader who hides all their registration numbers which is a red flag. No mileage mentioned either so probably very high mileage.
Yes it is an import and just something about the whole set up of the ad is something I would move on from. Had a 08 Sport and it was the best car I ever had. 2.2 Diesel can't remember the common faults with them
It's a UK import with maybe with some sort of write-off flag on the reg? Looks like that seller hides the reg plate in all his ads for some reason or other.
Looks like a decent 2.2d civic. Tempted by this myself tbh. No mileage or reg plate in pics puts me right off. Any known issues with those civics?

No test.
Mine? It's 2011, still has 8 out of 12 bars left. I put it up on adverts this evening

What year is your leaf? How many bars gone on the battery indicator?
145k km. No NCT but unless it's got a serious corrosion problem these little things are always easy to get through a test. I've rented a couple of these back in the day and they were lovely little bombers.

3100 for that. Ouch.
Nice car in good nick I agree but man remember when this kind of thing was a 600 euro runabout 😭

Very low mileage, looks in good nick.
Saw a car in the UK I really like last night and just did a deal on it. That means my Nissan Leaf is up for sale, haven't advertised it anywhere yet. Not quite bangernomics but not far off either. Very clean car, taxed, just passed the NCT. Low miles and has both charging cables. PM me if interested
is that the one with the 190hp engine? 2ZZ?
One of the nicest driving positions of any car..
Really. I know they are gone up in price lately like everything but a few years ago they were a cheap way to get into a basic/sort of quick performance car.
