The Parkrun code does seem a bit confused this week. The text that came up on mine said free baby corn or melon chunks, but the image and codes were for the broccoli and fruit salad. Mine worked on the organic broccoli this morning anyway.
Is the app down as new items not activating
That's weird, 953 was the code last week too…🤔
This week’s coupon code is PARKRUN953 and will allow you a choice between our organic broccoli and fruit salad.
Those brave enough to do the parkrun it is organic broccoli or fruit salad as a reward
For those interested, the scratchcard that seems to follow the pastry one is for the Deluxe hand cooked crisps. Still contemplating what 'hand cooked' actually entails!!
Got a choice of free pastry on scratchcard today which is always welcome.
Don't know if it was only Kenmare doing the offer but the pack of 4 striploins that are usually 12 euro were down to 8 euro in there today. They are a lovely cut of steak for the price of a burger, bought a few for the freezer.
Ok cool . that's a diff approach to dunnes.
they do treat the deposit as part of the purchase; so if you buy 4 bottles of Orange Juice at €2.50 each and €1 of that is deposit (4 x .25c) you will get a scratchcard. i.e. they treat the purchase as €10 and not €9
And on the other side, i assume they dont consider the deposit as part of the purchase?
Yes, no scratch card in that case.
Lidl doesn't treat the deposit receipts as payment, it treats them as items purchased, albeit items with a negative price.
Do you not get a scrachcard if you vouchers from deposit return, spent over 10, used some return turn vouchers so it ended up under 10e and got no scratchcard
Note I agreed with you - 'YES, that's clearly an April fools joke' jeez!
This is the price you pay when sharing an april fools.
Did you not spot that I added the date to the post - ah well
Yes, that's clearly April fools joke!
for everyone moaning about the free honey, you may soon be able to find a real honey with Lidl plus one
🤣🤣 1/4/24
This happens fairly often. The non-bio laundry gel in the app (the one you can redeem points for) isn't actually in stock in any store.
Yep. I'm assuming some idiot used the product codes for the pre-deposit versions of these so obviously this offer cannot be redeemed by anyone.
I needed the apple juice so paid the scanning and shelf price of €1.99
Anybody get this coupon? The apple juice in the photo is not the applicable one per the shelf code mentioned in the coupon. The codes referred to as included are not available in the shop. 1 unit per customer. Discount applied only when four items purchased. Prices on the shelf differ for all of the pictured items.
You mean Dublin, Sierra Leone with the odd time zone?
I notice their pineapple chunks are "made in Dublin". The climate up there must be a lot better than it is here in the West.
There's very good value to be had. We booked the Carlton in Belfast for £120 B&B on Lidl Breaks. Same night on booking.com was £270.
Lidl fresh fruit and vegetables is very poor compared to Dunnes for example it must be due to cost cutting. Maybe the food isn't as refrigerated.
Ugh
I got the melon chunks. Straight into compost, it was fermented already 2 days before the use by date.
no idea , sorry
1 winner or 10? It's funny really.
Well spotted. Makes a lot of sense, although a prize of 365 quid oddly doesn't sound as appealing as toffee yum yums for a year! Marketing... :)
