I'm not seeing any consequences for breaking gag orders. A regular peasant would be in actual trouble at this stage.
Well, people call Trump stupid, but he appears to have worked out - quite correctly, apparently - that he can get away with anything, while everyone else has been confidently predicting that this thing or that thing will be what sinks him, and it never is.
He'll continue to talk s***, gag order be damned, and if he's hit with legal action, he'll just get that put on the long finger with constant legal wrangling, as we've seen with everything else.
People have to understand, here, that Trump gives no fks about the law, and the law only holds up if you have everyone agreeing to respect it. Right now, you have a sizeable chunk of the American electorate who would back Trump if he shot someone on Fifth Avenue.
So that's the game that's being played at the moment, and his opponents will have to wake up and adapt or things could get very bad for them.

Won’t see that outside courthouses because MAGA see them as traps for being monitored by law enforcement (and with a few of them still yet to be arrested and arraigned for storming the Capitol a few of them are probably right, lol). MAGA is more socially distanced now than they were during the pandemic 😅
Some of the most recent reports of his various trial appearances, mention how few people are outside. Be it protestors or supporters.
In fairness, its a bit difficult trying to remember which court he is likely to be in on any given day.

This format is better for long, elaborate discussions spanning weeks/months, reddit is better for the attention span du jour, with the upranking of funny/helpful comments and the downranking (generally) of the diatribe.
The price won't stay for very long - Weeks at best.
It will rather quickly run out of people willing to buy shares and once volume drops , the day traders will bail and the collapse will begin.
Unless Trump gets the nod from the board to shorten his 6 month restriction window his chance to cash in might be long gone..
