The weather is just awful these past many months. No let up.
Can't do diets, zero willpower but surprisingly I'm into my second month in the gym and a general adjustment of desk side eating

Hey @smurfjed if you are still having problems then these halters/halti things are great for dogs and very gentle. Need to introduce with a lot of treats and patience before you go on a walk with one.

Fresh cream and hard chocolate for me. There's enough sweetness in them yokes as it is... also, I'm now seriously contemplating getting a pack of those on my way home...

Pints and grub! No beer over the next few days as it's work on the road. But I did enjoy the working from home thing with a few casual swigs and the odd night out I made a crazy dinner tonight. Fillet steak, pepper sauce, chips, onion rings and rocket with coleslaw. Massive!
But what icing? Crack or crunch result?.
It’s neither! It’s just really thick chocolate sauce I used I guess. Double cream heated and poured over chocolate 😎

Thanks, we had tried a lot of collars and harnesses, but none broke his stubbornness during walks. So many people have criticized the OH for being cruel as she tried to get him to continue walking, and this would be literally 300-400 meters from home. He just didn’t want to do it. Our biting incident last weekend stemmed from walking aggression against another dog, he brought the aggression back into the house and the OH brought her frustration, it was a mix that didn’t end well.
We have had a lot of success with the slip collar and he has now done 5 hours of training with the OH/Trainer. Now the OH is in total control during walks, he goes exactly where she wants and previous trigger areas for stubbornness are gone. Last night we started walking him past an aggressive dog house with no reactions.
Discussed the e-trainer collar with trainer, decided it’s not for us and gave it to him.
Good news and good progress.

Watching a documentary called The Secret Army. About the IRA . This documentary disappeared for decades . Strange how these historical documentaries fascinate me . Even I lived through it , I was ignorant of most of it . Growing up on the border , you turned a blind eye to alot of things and stayed to yourself .
In the leaba. On the road tomorrow and a half weekend off. Next week is a three day week on the road with hotel provided. Hopefully!
