The Guardian is reporting this evening that three men wearing camouflaged outfits administered open gunfire among people at a Concert Hall in Moscow.
There's are reports of an explosion carried at the venue as well. I don't know how heavy the explosion at the moment. But reports suggests it could be a very serious one.

It's not the same thing. There is freedom of media within Europe and the US, this means you can put a bit of faith in the authorities arresting the correct people.

The guy on the video carrying out the murders did it correctly. It's probably a natural thing taught since childhood. If that ISIS image is to show the attackers before the attack that is messed up also, they are same colours but different. not that it means ISIS were not involved.
So if Breivik had his eye gouged out and was castrated after being caught by Norwegian police, it would be an international scandal. Secondly, we absolutely do not know if these individuals did it. In any Western nation, we'd likely have been exposed to a huge amount of evidence for any terror suspect early on.
So doubts on if they actually caught the perpetrators are reasonable. If they did it, it's still reasonable to have a problem with torture. Equally this kind of treatment is a propaganda win regardless for the likes of ISIL and will help them recruit.

This is a fundamental mistake, especially people from the west, who live in democratic Countries make when discussing Russia. Russia is not a democratic Country with a functional system of law and order. Its a mafia state, run as a criminal enterprise by a mafia don. People always try and find a conspiracy in stuff to fit their agenda. Sometimes it's just as simple as it seems. The Russian's fupped up big time and ISIS carried out a terrorist attack. The suspects did a runner and have been caught. Suggesting it's a Ukraine/West led attack using these lads is just nonsense and doesn't deserve a response. It's gutter speculation.
Ukraine launching an attack on innocent civilians in Moscow (and then somehow trying to pin it on ISIS) would do sweet FA to help their war aims. It wouldn't make the slightest sense.

Because they had a plan, and they stuck to the plan. Had the plan called for "To the death", that's what they would have done. And now they live to fight another day. ISIS are not stupid, especially when it comes to highly trained and experienced followers. We haven't hear the last from them yet.

I'd not be in the least bit surprised if they couldn't catch them. They couldn't stop the attack in the first place, and took over 1.5hrs to rightly respond.
