The Guardian is reporting this evening that three men wearing camouflaged outfits administered open gunfire among people at a Concert Hall in Moscow.
There's are reports of an explosion carried at the venue as well. I don't know how heavy the explosion at the moment. But reports suggests it could be a very serious one.

The guys on the video are literally shouting 'Allahu Akbar' as they walk around the theatre lobby. It's going to take some mental gymnastics by the Russians and their idiotic disciples in the west to deny this is an ISIS attack - the video of the attack has appeared on an official ISIS social media channel (none of this is going to script for Putin and his regime).

The video where the terrorists apparently 'confessed' to Russian authorities that they were paid money to carry out the attack doesn't tally at all with the ISIS video from the theatre. In the attack, they were shouting Allahu Akbar and referring to the victims as 'infidels' - seems the Putin regime may not have realised there was an ISIS video of the attack in existence and that it would be made public.
How do you explain ISIS's official social media channel uploading the video this evening btw?

So let's think about this ,America and other countries give a a warning of attack, Russia disregards the warning, despite Russia having one of the best intelligence agencies in the world, attack happens, no security, exits locked ,4 men with aks and very small back backs ,no ammo belts ,that I could see,they shoot a lot of people and burn down a modern building, which would have had fire control installed, and get back in the car and drive 4-500 miles towards the Ukraineian border ,without being challenged, This is an ssb op employing Islamic mercs, except a big announcement from putin soon.
Very careless to mistake the border with Belarus for that with Ukraine then. Even odder is them even getting out of Moscow and even reaching it. Ukraine has no ability to ensure that there was effectively no security presence at a gathering of nearly 8,000 people in Moscow after a clear warning from the US and that there would then be no security check points. The Russian authorities could.
No 'investigation' is going to come to a conclusion that doesn't support Putin's findings.
