Feels like the right time to start a new thread for next year's gigs.
John Mayer playing the 3Arena on 29 March 2024.
As it's an MCD presale you need to change art to prom.
Omg it worked 😂 thank you!
That would’ve been so handy to use for Taylor swifts midnights presale! Or do those ones work differently ?
Worked differently. Was linked to account, so if account hadn’t been approved you couldn’t buy
Oh yeah, that one was a different world, these tricks were useless
Oh! That could be good. They're on Sargent House, aren't they?
Yeah
Ah wow, they haven't been over in ages! I'd love a standalone. I spent years wishing them on to festival posters. Unsuccessfully.
whelans in 2018 might of been last time
What do we use for three+ presale do you know ?
It's ?did=3Dublin but they do always require a code as well, so that won't really help you
Flying to the Euros that day...gutted to be missing Sea Power
Haven't heard of BSP in years
Yeah, absolutely loved those first 2 albums, plenty of good stuff since. Couple of great gigs in Whelan's and in the little one on Abbey Street, whatsitcalled. I thought they were sort of semi retired, curating Krankenhaus, not really touring. I'd LOVE to see them again.
Edit: I see it's 15 years since Rock Music, they're doing a few British dates.
Parking in Dublin Saturday . with it being Paddys Day Sunday and Parade Barriers going up for sunday might be awkward ??
Near where?
Olympia for me anyway . not surewhat else is on aswell
Temple Bar car park will be open on Saturday. Streets will be busy round there but you should get in/out ok.

Wouldn’t suggest trying to drive into temple bar on st Patrick’s weekend. Thousands upon thousands will be in that area.
park at st Stephens green car park and walk down
dame street up to st pats cathedral may have barriers up with the parade on that route
might have to and get there earlyish pay a bit more but might be worth it
Looking at the list of road closures Christchurch should be ok on Saturday. I only had a quick glance but it seems the closures aren't until 04:00 on Sunday. Barriers should be stacked out of the way until then.
thats not 2 bad so it will mess up for some people doing a late one .
Honestly would avoid temple bar. From afternoon on there will be thousands in that area. Park elsewhere and walk a few mins
Jervis street, then just over the bridge to the Olympia.
thats another option have depends what way were heading out of there aswell . will see on the day as theres specia;s that only start at 6 which is not good it you go in a bit early to get some food or whatever
havnt been in dublin paddys day for a good few years . it was carnage even back then
Whole weekend is chaos now with tourists
Up for Judas Priest in the 3Arena on Friday, be great buzz around the city with the Gold Cup on aswell as Paddys Weekend
Im guessing there wont be much space in any pub
Brown Thomas Car Park should do you. It's where I park for Olympia gigs.
Anyone got a link to the Russian Circle gig again please? Been listening to them for the last few hours and they’re awesome.
