Price will jump a little when it converts to irish VAT but I can't see a reason not too.
Wow. Looks like a lorra bike for the beans. The groupset alone is nearly worth most of the asking . 7.9 kg is a good weight too considering the wheelset is pretty basic. A lighter set of hoops down the road and you'll get that down to 7.5.
Once the VAT has been paid in an EU country, there's no need to pay the delta on the Irish VAT rate. Only exception would be if the bike was shipped VAT-free but that would have to be a business - business sale.

I've a Radon ZR race hard tail mountain bike for the last 10yrs, got it from bike discount.de in 2014.
It's still gowing strong, had to replace a few bits due to wear and tear, brakes, wheels etc but other than that a very solid bike.
if you select Ireland as the delivery country, the price jumps up (23% vs 19%).
My bad - if the seller sells more than €35K into Ireland in a year, they have to go with the Irish VAT rate. If less than that, they can go with the source country VAT rate

It jumps to Irish VAT at the payment site, they trade enough that they have to apply Irish VAT at POS.
Did you buy in the end? If so how is it? Looking at similar deal to replace a rose. Looks like best value around.
I didn't - I got a private deal on marketplace that was better in the end.
