Happily move in tonight 😄
A smidge more expensive than the Grange one but by far superior.
Looks like the house comes with sitting tenants!
🤣
The exterior is lovely, but I'm not a fan of vaulted ceilings and exposed beams myself, and that fireplace is awful - while there are things I like about it, that would enough for me to pass on it.
The kitchen looks cramped as well, but I can't really tell from the weird way it's photographed. I think it looks bigger from the outside, than it is on the inside.
Love the pool though.
Wouldn't be keen on the electricity poles within the boundary of my back garden.
You've a great eye.
Is that not just a spacer to keep the table away from the Rad, I have something similar behind a setee.
.
Eh, it's in the middle of the fields in a rural area; there will inevitably be the occasional uninvited furry licensee, and the sooner you catch them the better, so leaving a few preemptive traps around isn't a bad idea in general.
Pics 18-23 has full swinger party vibes.
What happens at the swingers party stays in the wingers party.
Old unrenovated place down by the sea in Ardmore.

€370k? I know Ardmore is considered somewhat desirable, but its miles from anywhere and is mostly a summer place. I can't see it going for that kind of money, complete renovation and even then its just a refurbished cottage in two bits. And a BER of G. I'm not seeing it.
Gothic theme won't be for everyone.
Could be right, there's pampas grass in the front garden, just need to find some upside-down pineapple motifs to know for sure.
I actually like that. Can't afford it though... 😁
How on earth would you get in and out of that bath?
Had to go back and look but what is the problem. It would be very easy to get in and out of that bath, though I am only 40 and you're probably an OAP.
Yes, I'm a decrepit aul one and would make very hard work of getting over that rim!
The wide-ass jacks might be handy though. :)
Cheek(s)! That is some very strange photography thoughout though. When its not distorting rooms it is weirdly over saturated and 'sharpen edges' filtered.
I quite like this renovated schoolhouse though it is giving me more hunting lodge vibes with the greens and browns throughout
I have one question...how the feck have they still got electricity in this place, the lights are on in a couple of pics but the place looks ready to fall down around your ears
It gives me the creeps that house.
This is lovely. I wouldn't be changing too much about it.
2.4 acres of beachfront land and two very marketable AirBNB properties. I've seen worse investments.
I'm sure same place was for sale/sold 3 or 4 years ago for 70k.
That was up on the thread before, last April, advertised on Daft.ie.
New auctioneer and price drop of around €150k this time around.
I really like that Sligo house apart from the kitchen and bathroom.
At least the bathroom would be easy to change but the kitchen is far too narrow.
I really hope you mean the Leitrim house, and not the abandoned ruin in Ballymote 😁
Are they including the dogs in the sale?
The agent decided to wheel out the ol' renovators delight BS in this 70's masterpiece.
The house is now presented as a blank canvas, with all fittings removed, and ready for the next owner to individualise the property to their taste and requirements.
At least the neighbours keep to themselves mostly...
I could not pass harder.. There's no redeeming features to justify it to my mind
