So have issue with passkey too.
On phone to sign into the console I use the other device option where I scan a QR and the passkey off the phone works then, but just using the prompt on the phone doesn't.
Browser just works fine.

Just double check my maths and Smyths and CEX websites before you do. I've had zero issues selling stuff to CEX. Keep the box and packaging in immaculate condition, factory reset the console, and give it and controller a wipe down before you sell to them.

Young lad bought Helldivers 2 but it keeps crashing when he tries to play it. Doesn't go past the loading screen and only gets "error" or "-1" and it says it will retry but this keeps repeating.
Anyone else getting this or how to sort it?

Noticed yesterday that one of my controllers won’t charge up. I had it in the charging dock for 5/6 hours yesterday. I was getting the flashing orange light that suggests it’s charging but when I took it off the dock it hadn’t charged at all.
Anyone have this issue before?
If you see my post about 15 before yours I had a similar problem with magnetic cables.
I cleaned the charging contacts with a cotton bud and some strong alcohol.
I also upped my charge block wattage slightly but I think cleaning the contacts would be well worth a shot for you.
EDIT: Might not make a difference but I also deleted both my dualsense from the Accessories section of the PS5 settings, changed communication method from bluetooth to usb and repaired with usb cable.

Yes same as you. Normal orange charging lights for 8+ hours but when I took controller off charge the battery was showing empty.

Still no joy. I only have the console since November and I only play it once or twice a week so the charging contacts are clean. Tried disconnecting the controller.
I’ve noticed that when I put a controller on the second slot on the block that I don’t even get the flashing orange light. I wonder is it the charging block? How do you increase the voltage? This is the one I have:

Did you at any point use a USB3 phone charger to charge it ? Brother in law fried his controller by using his Samsung fast charger on the controller. Same symptoms as yours.
Jesus no I don’t think so. Have only ever used the charging dock.
What's powering the charging dock ? Is it plugged into USB of PS5 ? I don't have a charging dock and use the PS5 only to charge.
Im not sure you can increase the wattage for the charge station. Maybe someone else can answer that.
I wouldn't increase the voltage if you try a mobile phone charger. That's what Im using. I went from a 5volt 2amp (10 watts) to a 5volt 2.4amp (12 watts) charging plug.
EDIT: @Redo91 I think you should try charging with the USB cable that came shipped with the PS5. Plug it into the front USB port of the PS5 and directly into the USB C port of the dualsense. Dont use the charge station. Try getting controller charged using any method you can to rule out the dualsense having a bad battery...
No I have it plugged in to an extension lead. Not charging through the PlayStation at all.

Maybe it's just the way I hold the controller but anyone else sometimes find the edges beneath the trigger buttons digging into their fingers? I'm someone who usually uses my forefingers for both the shoulder and trigger buttons so sometimes find it digging into my middle fingers.
Haha, funnily enough I never did before, but since getting Tekken 8 I've started getting a lump on the knuckle of my middle finger where it's held against the edge under L2.
I'm noticing it playing Spider-Man 2, think while holding R2 while swinging. Must try and start using the middle finger for R2.
Yeah, I find it's very easy to pinch your middle finger under the l/r2 triggers especially if the haptic triggers are enabled.
I hate the haptic and turn it off for everything, even vibration I set to the lowest possible response.
