Jesus. I think you should get the battery checked. To be laid up that long at 10% is not good. Tesla's own recommendation for the battery is to not let it sit below 20% for an extended period of time or if yours is an RWD (LFP battery) maybe it's less? Get back on to Tesla demanding to see the full location and status history of the car and how long it was below 20%. You've got 30 days from the time of purchase to repair/replace/refund according to Consumer Protection I think. I'd be pushing hard for a replacement.
Aren't you supposed to get mats with it? Or is only supplied with the LR?
Where should I submit them? I logged a service ticket, only place I could find in the app.

Get onto the app. Submit the photos. You will get a valet voucher, but be warned, you must submit a receipt to them. I did. Mine wasn’t even that bad but I told them I wasn’t happy.
TBH, someone needs to look into this further that you could have gotten out of the lot with no reg plates!
If the car has been laid up long enough for mould to grow, then you should also check for flat spotting of the tyres. What percentage was the battery at when you collected?
I was asked to show my licence. He then popped the boot from the laptop he was at and that was it. Sent me on my way...
No signing, paperwork etc. Etc.
The only advantage I can see is I got across the toll for free on my way home having no plates on the car...
Passenger floor was similar but no plastic on it.
Example of green mould, all the door handles have it, boot has it, few other gaps here and there.
Example of adhesive residue.. Two pieces of trim have it and similar on some of the windows too.

Usually you sign, car indeed to app and then you find it by reg number and you can open it with the key card.
They open the boot remotely to show u which car is urs.

They can be a bit rough and ready on collection but that seems particularly bad!
How did you find it/know it was yours without the reg plates?
Take photos and log a ticket. No reg is really bad and rest needs a deep clean. They gave out vouchers for valeting before.
Collected my model Y earlier. Was in a hurry so only had a quick glance over the exterior.
Once I got home I noticed mud all over the carpets front and back, green mould around most of the exterior panel gaps from the car sitting up, stickers on windows with barcodes on them, writing on the windscreen (digits) and no reg plates on it (no idea how I didn't notice this!)
Is this the norm from tesla? Didn't expect to collect my first ever new car and have to get a valet done to actually have it looking like a new car.

Ya there was a date range and that's disappeared. It's for my father but keeping an eye on it to keep him updated. He's down to one car at home so just wanted a rough idea on how things are going. Hopefully pick up next week would be great.
when you say “expected delivery date”, did you have a specific date? Or just something like Feb-Mar and it disappeared? If so that’s what happened me about 5 days before I got a real date
Its usually a positive sign, suggesting things about scheduling are happening in the background
Expected delivery date has disappeared from the app and now just says they will notify when pre-delivery tasks need to be completed not sure if that means it's nearly ready or delayed.
Yep. Got the reg last week, few text updates. Email about free supercharger miles etc.
No idea, can’t get an answer out of Tesla as always. No reply to emails, called twice today and was told to expect registration number tomorrow
Are people that were to collect tomorrow and Thursday for the Y still going to plan?
I am supposed to collect on Thursday, but guessing it will be pushed out now as my car is probably coming on that ship. Works out well as I won’t need to tax it in the last days of February now

Anybody pick up their Model Y yesterday? A colleague of mine was due to collect yesterday, after originally having a collection date of about four weeks ago, so I reckon she could have been one of the first after the stat code issue was sorted. I'm due to collect in Cork on Monday, March 4th
