If card details shows up in the app ( after ordering physical card ) you can add it to google pay and can make payment by your phone(only if your phone is NFC enabled). Usually physical card arrives with in a week.

I don't think so. i am using N26 since 2017 and never got charged for stamp duty.

On this.... overall its not great, its similar to a revolut account. I think both people now get 20 euro referral bonus, down from 50 previously. I think I read up to 60 days before the referral bonus is paid to person that sets up new account. There seems to be a free account option without a physical card. Thats a shame, the referral is only €20 for me - a quick read of the T&C's says that the person signing up using a link has to spend the amount of the referral in one go, before it can be paid, and that the verification can take up to 60 days.
