We know from the court hearing that McDonnell was talking and that Leen hadn't said anything bar no comment. I don't think it's a surprise to see him moved.
You'd imagine he'd be aware enough of who he was in business with to keep stum.
It would make little difference to his eventual sentence anyway.
His own life as he knew it is over, - the preservation of his young familys lives should now be his priority.
There is no way on earth the Irish state can protect him from the Sinloas - in Portlaoise or anywhere else, and those people don't take to failure or chatty people well.
