Feels like the right time to start a new thread for next year's gigs.
John Mayer playing the 3Arena on 29 March 2024.
I see Kneecap have announced UK dates for November with European/Irish dates on the way, wouldn't be surprised if they do 3Arena/SSE Arena dates
The War On Drugs have sold out a couple of London dates and one in Liverpool this July.
Two nights at Royal Albert Hall, would like to see them there.
Anyone reckon we’ll see Irish dates off them? They have been here quite a bit the last few years.
Nah no Irish dates this year. Did 3arena and trinity in last two years. So skipping here this time around
Mr Big playing the academy in July, fantastic news
Living Colour supporting in the UK .... would go if they supported here
At least he's since tweeted that Dublin is in Ireland not the UK like he first tweeted :P
Album out in June, big summer ahead for them. Really like the new single too.
Put them on with the Wolfe Tones and really piss off the Belfast loyalists. Jamie Bryson's head would explode!
Johnny marr visiting his family in Kildare in June
In the most bizarre gig announcement I've seen in a while, Johnny Marr is playing Dreamland Ballroom in Athy on the 25th of June
Venue looks....interesting
Jaysus!
Show band venue, his parents probably went to it in their youth as both from outside athy
On related news, retrospectively, around 10y ago or so, his great mate Morrissey played in my home town - in Omagh Leisure centre! Was muy surreal!!
Melts, Button Factory, Saturday 28th September: https://singularartists.ie/show/melts-2024/
Oh, you beauty, I've been waiting for this one 😀
This'll be a fun one, too...

Apocalyptica doing a Metallica night on 1st October in Olympia
Having upgraded to the Whitla Hall and selling out at the weekend Kevin McAleer has added a second Belfast show for Saturday 20th April. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am.
Should draw a big crowd from Cuan Mhuire.
Trivium and Bullet for my Valentine teasing 20th anniversary tours of 'Ascendancy' and 'The Poison'...can see the point attempted for that.
Same hamlet of 10/12 houses as Mani’s parents.
Caught them supporting Dream Wife late last year and they were very good.
Brilliant, thanks. Their album sounds like it would be cracking live. Can't argue with a Friday night in the Workman's Cellar either!
(Though I might stand out as a straight man in his 40s 🤣)
Hey, I'll take Johnny over Picture This any day of the week.
Nice, date doesn't suite but great seeing bands like that playing here
Getting closer to an 'Extreme' gig
Not from the mixed crowd that were at the Róísín. The days of standing out as an older attendee are gone I think.
Over €1200 already donated by gullible people who don't know better!!
How no one in the media has jumped on what this page is doing is ridiculous!!!
There's a report option on gofundme, I'd say it would help if loads of us use it
