Feels like the right time to start a new thread for next year's gigs.
John Mayer playing the 3Arena on 29 March 2024.
Trivium and Bullet for my Valentine teasing 20th anniversary tours of 'Ascendancy' and 'The Poison'...can see the point attempted for that.
Should draw a big crowd from Cuan Mhuire.
Having upgraded to the Whitla Hall and selling out at the weekend Kevin McAleer has added a second Belfast show for Saturday 20th April. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am.
Apocalyptica doing a Metallica night on 1st October in Olympia

This'll be a fun one, too...
Oh, you beauty, I've been waiting for this one 😀
Melts, Button Factory, Saturday 28th September: https://singularartists.ie/show/melts-2024/
On related news, retrospectively, around 10y ago or so, his great mate Morrissey played in my home town - in Omagh Leisure centre! Was muy surreal!!
Show band venue, his parents probably went to it in their youth as both from outside athy
Jaysus!
Venue looks....interesting
In the most bizarre gig announcement I've seen in a while, Johnny Marr is playing Dreamland Ballroom in Athy on the 25th of June
Johnny marr visiting his family in Kildare in June
Put them on with the Wolfe Tones and really piss off the Belfast loyalists. Jamie Bryson's head would explode!
Album out in June, big summer ahead for them. Really like the new single too.
At least he's since tweeted that Dublin is in Ireland not the UK like he first tweeted :P
Living Colour supporting in the UK .... would go if they supported here
Mr Big playing the academy in July, fantastic news
Nah no Irish dates this year. Did 3arena and trinity in last two years. So skipping here this time around
The War On Drugs have sold out a couple of London dates and one in Liverpool this July.
Two nights at Royal Albert Hall, would like to see them there.
Anyone reckon we’ll see Irish dates off them? They have been here quite a bit the last few years.
I see Kneecap have announced UK dates for November with European/Irish dates on the way, wouldn't be surprised if they do 3Arena/SSE Arena dates
Doubt it, as big as they are no way could they sell 80k tickets
Can anyone see The 2 Johnnies play Croke Park one day ?
There shite is all 'GAH ballax' and would milk the living **** out of it in the holy mecca of Croke Park
Russell Crowe and The Gentleman Barbers to play Dublin in July
12 million monthly listeners on Spotify, just a little more than Dermot Kennedy. No problem filing the 3Arena.
Huge, she’ll sell it out pretty easily, could potentially do a second night.
She did 2 button factory’s which is 1100 tickets, sold out vicar in seconds which is another 1500. Deffo will do well. Price will be cheap enough and sure new album and show is 8 months away
Didnt know she was in that much demand here
She's all the rage with the hip kids.
But as Eod said, played the Button Factory, hasn't released any new music since (although an album on the way) and now shes in the 3Arena.
Went from a 550 venue to a 13ker with no new tunes. Odd. Supply leading demand here.
