That house seems really good value! I would imagine you’d pay your mortgage for the year in the 12 weeks of summer alone, if you decided to go down the short term rental route. The school house mentioned above is on Air BnB for over a grand a week during the summer and it only has one bedroom. They ruined the school house putting the white render on it, was much nicer with the original stone.

While that Mayo house has been nicely decorated, it is so completely overpriced, our housing market is crazy.
It's in the back end of beyond, has a ber rating of E1, a tiny little electric heater in the living room. How far away is the local shop for a litre of milk? Let alone a bit of actual life anywhere!
Not only that, but what views? Seriously? Sure that's a rubbish view in the country imo

There are out buildings and a bit of land included in the price. The views of the mountains is nice. It's a bit out there but some people like that.
