Works: House is semi-detached: External wall of house: Fix hairline cracks and paint the walls, inner wall living room wall has some dampness and need treatment. Complete renovation of the ensuite bathroom/Showerroom. Fix the cracks in the Bathroom floor. Chimney: Needs to be cleaned, some dampness noticed, needs to be treated. Landing floor needs to be done. We would prefer a laminate/wood floor for the landing. Staircase needs carpeting. The Entrance floor need some repairs. Windows: sealing needs to be redone. Window glazing needs repair.
