I still believe there may be a pee video because of accounts detailing how often trump would bring it up unforced to WH staff when the news became very widespread. His apparent anxiety over whether people believed it or not overtook him the way it overtook him for other scandals which proved to be categorically true, like his shakedown call with Zelensky or to Raffensperger. It also stands to reason that if this was 37 years ago, before the internet, the KGB might in fact have an incredibly tight hold over such compromat to the point where even among the spy community it’s fallen into legend and may only be known whether it’s real or not by a handful of KGB officers, which includes Vladimir Putin.
Traitor, kompromat, this is one of the July 4 Moscow gang
This is a very interesting presentation (starts at about 8min.) about the links between the Tucker Carlson/Putin interview and Trumps subsequent comments about telling an aggressor that they could do whatever they want to a NATO country that Trump considers has not 'paid their bills', and bearing in mind Trumps rhetoric about leaving NATO.
Russia, get me the presidency and I will give you anything you want.
Its arguable that Russia is currently at war with America, the Americans just haven't realised it yet.
On another, more frivolous note, well looks who's back and reminding us that, holy shít how long has he been doing this job?
Something to note about basically all parody and comic commentary on Trump is that no comedian (that I know of) has really figured out a really cutting angle. There is a VAST amount of low-hanging fruit when it comes to ridiculing Trump, but whether it's by accident or design, it's like all of that fruit is there to distract from what would really hurt him and knock him off the perch he's made for himself.
If you are trying to hurt Trump personally then it's all about his money (or lack thereof) - That sends him off the deep-end more than all other attacks combined.
However if you are trying to damage Trump with his voters that's a much bigger challenge - The MAGA's are immovable , there is literally nothing that could be said about Trump that would shift them , but the others have said that a conviction would move their vote.
There have already been convictions so that needs to be hammered at day in day out.
Just in the same way that all GOP mouthpieces are pre-programmed to say "Biden crime family" every time they go on air , everybody else needs to say "Adjudicated Rapist and Business Fraud Donald Trump" every single time , never ever use his name without adding that caveat to it , ever.
Not necessarily funny , but it's true.
"Come here ..... look at this face"
A handy guide 😁
Poor empty G is mad that Curb Your Enthusiasm's seasonal plot device is Georgia's pettiest voter suppression law that outlaws handing out water to people in line at polling places
(The resemblance is uncanny)
The things that Trump has even been convicted of would be the end of any "normal" politician. Add in the rumours about water sports and Russian hookers and again, any normal politician would be a distant memory, and have two lines about them on wikipedia.
At this point, I really don't know what Trump could say or do for people to rethink their opinion on him.
I honestly think he could shoot someone and his supporters (and his supporters in the senate and the house) would not just excuse him, but they would try to find a way to justify it.
He's already raped a (at least one) woman and they still stand by him.
Very good post, you can tell from his posts how unpleasant an individual he is, all the childish names he uses , same as his sons tweets, no class.
It's like something out Blackadder at this stage.
What you're saying is that we need a cunning plan?
the Case of the Bloody Knife. A man was found next to a murdered body. He had the knife in his hand. 13 witnesses had seen him stab the victim. And when the police arrived, he said "I'm glad I killed the bastard." Massingbird not only got him off; he got him knighted in the New Year's Honours List. And the relatives of the victim had to pay to wash the blood out of his jacket!
That could describe Trump. Bertie was the Teflon Taoiseach, nothing dodgy stuck to him. With Trump, stuff sticks to him all the time but his followers don't care. It's unfathomable.
Well Trump is a cunning stunt.
Why has nobody explained to Trump how NATO works?
Scaramucci did his best to answer that question on CNN today (2 minutes into the video).
The fact he's not a normal politician is what gives him immunity, he's a carny, a total freak show and he knows it, I don't think he ever really expected to be president but the seemingly impossible happened and now the genie is out of the bottle.
Its a cult like situation with him, there really is nothing he could do to ever lose his base, he's changed the rules and landscape of American politics forever I think, even after he's dead and gone, the fact he existed and was entertained by people paves the way for more and more freak shows to appear.
Do those people not know about the Holocaust and the threat that the Kremlin posed to the West after World War 2? How did isolationism in the US survive after the Cold War?
Usually, the deliberate killing of thousands of innocents in one day - no matter where in the world it happens - would cause a public outcry in Western countries, including the US.
"Roe v Wade" was a SCOTUS ruling - and look at what SCOTUS did what that recently!
Surely, it can't be difficult to find the documentation to prove his indebtedness, can it?
Those states trying to keep him off the ballot would achieve nothing even if SCOTUS ruled in their favour because he wouldn't get any Electoral College votes in those states anyway.
When I went to secondary school, the cold war was one page in the history book. That was the junior cycle. I did history for a year in 5th year and got eye strain reading about the various land acts. It didn't touch on any history after about 1918. In the same way there are anti-vaxers, there are also Holocaust deniers out there, and yes, there are people who have not heard of the Holocaust.
I'm sure those people have heard of The Holocaust, but the more outspoken ones probably believe some flavour of it being an exaggeration or even a lie that was promoted in order to suppress opposition to The Great Replacement (funded by George Soros and Bill Gates).
I think people learn a lot of lessons from recent history, but the problem is that they're sort of enthusiastically forgotten as pressing concerns, real or imagined, create a need to revert to type rather than proceed in a way that is calm and pragmatic. So, more holocausts will probably occur as more 'strongmen' are elected who demonise others as a way of gaining power and mobilising their subjects.
The thing is Donald Trump is an old man, and his memory is fading.
Regarding NATO, let's remember:
The only time when article 5 of NATO was invoked is when the twin towers of the World Trade Center were attacked. An attack on US soil.
Since that time, British, as well as Polish and other NATO soldiers fought shoulder to shoulder in armed conflicts, like Iraq or Afghanistan and elsewhere. And Trump calls NATO obsolete and threatens his NATO allies with leaving?
Germany not paying enough for the military? It's Germany which pays the US presence in their country.
I think NATO members don't need to take any insults from Trump.
Here's an interesting take on Trump's attitude towards NATO.
Doesn't public awareness of the possibility of there being a Golden Shower video make the threat to release the video - if the video exists - superfluous?
Not with plausible deniability.
Even if such a video was released now, it probably wouldn't make any difference to Trump's supporters.
Probably???
🤣🤣🤣
Wouldn't make even a tiny bit of difference. Most would put it down to fake news, an AI-generated slime campaign by the evil Democrats trying to steal the election.
